Let me start off by saying I love Jimmy John’s sandwiches. I must order from here at least 3 times a month. I always order the turkey tom. Here and there the workers would forget the condiments or lettuce. Yeah, it’s a bit frustrating but not a big deal right. BUT TODAY I placed an online order as usual and once I got home I was looked forward to eating my sandwich hoping this time nothing was forgotten. But you wouldn’t believe me if I told you what was left off of my sandwich tonight. THE FREAKIN TURKEY!!!!!! Forgetting the mayonnaise is one thing but forgetting to put TURKEY on a sandwich called TURKEY TOM!!!!! That’s insane to me someone needs to be fired because that’s just plain out stupidity.

We frequent this Jimmy John’s about 1x-2x a month. Every time we go we are greeted. The employees who take our order help us pick out the best sandwiches for our kids whose pallets range from very picky to very adventurous. They are always patient with us. Our sandwiches are always done properly. Sandwiches are tasty and made “freaky fast”
