Worst customer service experience the staff and manager are rude and very unprofessional. They messed up my order and the food was cold. Chicken was dry like it was leftovers from the day before, that they just reheated. The employee give me such an attitude to fix my order that I asked to speak to the manager and she wasn't any better.

I asked for no mayonnaise four times on the sandwich they put mayonnaise on it. I asked for napkins three times just make sure there’s napkins, there’s no napkins I asked for ketchup, extra ketchup, please no ketchup.

I had a great experience here today. The place has improved so much since my last visit. Camila and Sara took care of me, and they were both so nice and welcoming. The restaurant was super clean, and overall it was just a really great visit<3

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced. Rude employees. Mess up the order and looking at me as if I ask something wrong. Cursing while they are getting the rest of my order. This place needs a sweep of employees because the manager was there!! Truly unbelievable

Worse experience ever. Yelled at me for mishearing them in the drive thru and then when I went to pull up they walked past and ignored me for 10 minutes. And then found out the food I was doordashing for was stolen and they refused to remake it and yelled at me again that it’s not their problem and told me to leave.

Night Lord Frog

Came in today Aug. 23 to dine-in. Had the 2 piece 1 drumstick w/ 1 side, biscuit and a small beverage. Everything was finger-licking good. Couple other people were complaining but frankly I don't understand what was wrong. This is actually a good KFC with decent employees and good service. I'd love for some customers to just try to work the drive-thru at KFC when it gets busy—they could never! So stop complaining. Thank you KFC! 🍗

I came to this KFC location to pick up my order, but when I arrived, the order was already gone. That was frustrating enough, but what made the experience far worse was the way I was treated by the staff. Instead of handling the situation politely, they were rude and unprofessional. Even more upsetting, they made fun of my appearance, which left me feeling very uncomfortable and disrespected.

No customer should ever be treated this way. I am extremely disappointed and would like to see action taken so that no one else has to go through this experience.
