Its a standard KFC visually. Staff are usually nice though I have been there a few times where they were not. I'm also surprised when they get the order exactly right since it's more than not missing a piece of chicken or two or something. The proportions are also a joke. You get 2 sides with an 8pc but the sides you get are barely enough for two people. I always have to order two sides of mashed potatoes or else me and my husband get none to allow the kids to eat it.... There is nothing I would recommend per say. Even the cookies are pre packaged and nothing special anymore. It's ok. I would not go out of my way for it but if it's on the way and it's getting late it's ok for on occasion when in need, a waste of money if more often.

Our meal was not fresh at all. Everything we ordered tasted really old. The chicken wings and drumsticks we had was very salty and hard. It tasted like bad leftovers. We ended up throwing out our entire meal. It was not worth the $55 plus dollars I paid for the meal.

Worst KFC I have ever eaten! Tried to order onine. It wouldn't let me. Order in the store to go. She was friendly and quick. Food was disgusting! Fries were grease soaked and inedible. Biscuits were under done and gooey. Chicken was small and greasy.

Some of the worst customer service I've experienced in my life. Spent $53 and ordered 4 combo meals and was told one did not come with a drink or cole slaw despite us ordering at the kiosk and literally choosing sides and drinks. Showed them proof, and she rebutted with, "Well, my screen dont show that, so your order didn't come with those." They made our family feel like we were trying to steal from them. The manager (I assume that's who she was) immediately escalated with me before even attempting to understand what we were saying. She was totally unprofessional and INCREDIBLY rude. This place needs to replace her ASAP. I never get upset at fast food workers or anyone in the service industry, but this was the first time I've seen someone escalate before even trying to understand our situation. Honestly, the food was amazing, though, which makes it highly unfortunate that they have such horrid service.

The ladies working there had the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen. My family and I were sitting down, having a conversation, and we couldn’t hear our name being called. My mom asked me to check if our name had been called, so I politely asked one of the guys working there. He asked a lady in the back, and she responded with the biggest attitude, saying we should’ve been paying better attention. The guy ended up apologizing for her and reassured me that everything was fine.
Later, my mom went to ask for plates, and another lady yelled at her, saying she had already given her plates. Despite all this, the guys working there were really nice, but the rest of the staff were rude and full of attitude.
The employees are rude. When picking up the order, the employee didn’t give the sauces or the cups. The order was also incomplete cause was missing the bread, so we had to ask them and they weren’t friendly at all. Overall the food was regular but the staff that made the experience horrible. The floor is sticky.

I can sincerely say I know why KFC can not stay in business. I have been to the Clermont KFC several times. The food is over cooked and the service is atrocious. Tonight was our last trip. Not only was my order wrong, but when we brought it back for correction we were met with terrible service. We were made to feel unappreciated and not once did the cashier or manager apologize for their error. After we were treated so poorly, I asked for a simple refund that took nearly 30min to process. I appreciate everyone in the food service industry, but I do have a choice where I spend my time and money. It will never be at this KFC again.

I have been to this location multiple times and it is consistently terrible! The service is awful and the food is always lukewarm at best. Today's french fries were actually cold. I don't know if it's an owner or a manager issue but they need some help.
