they were being very rude and disrespectful they were also being racist to hispanics kept asking my uncle “do you speak english “ repeatedly and were asking eachother if my family speaks english the whole time we were there very rude to my dad didnt even want to give us plates and being rude overall infront of everyone.

I had a terrible experience at this KFC today, July 14, 2025, at 6:40 p.m. The treatment of Hispanic customers was clearly racist and deeply disrespectful. Staff, along with the manager, mocked customers, made them wait too long, and then served cold food. This kind of racial discrimination is absolutely unacceptable. This location urgently needs to be reviewed for its customer service and lack of respect.

If I could honestly give you zero stars, I would the fact that your customer service is not only abundantly rude and refuses to do their job but on top of that I had to wait in line for 15 minutes and got no service because your crew your night crew is too busy on their phones, ignoring your customers, which is depleting your value in your restaurant so you really need to look into that And the cleaning of your store is to be questioned as well

This place is very clean. The food was great but the real reason for the good review was the woman who was so polite and professional. I didn’t catch her name but I’m sure they know who she is. Great staff at this location.

Went through the drive thru the person, taking the order set my total what's around $11 for 8 tenders. When I got to the window, she told me it was 21 dollars and change. I told her that I just wanted the chicken strips, only not the combo and she said that's what it coming up to. When I began questioning her, about the total she got irritated and short with me, so I decided to go inside. When I got there, she left the window came to the counter and told me she'll give me the Tuesday special. I said to her, isn't it Tuesday? She rolled her eyes then the manager came over to save the day. She apologized for the confusion then gave me a drink for the inconvenience. My question is, what would she have to gain by overcharging me?
Worst service ever to include being extremely rude. Order was incomplete with no napkins or aplastic ware when asked about the receipt was told not able to print. The person in question was the shift supervisor. Need customers care classes.

We pulled up to the drive through tonight. We waited for about 5 minutes and decided to pull up to the window when no one greeted us at the speaker. When we arrived at the window, the young lady once again ignored us. This experience is on par with the service usually receive, so we will drive down to Groveland for KFC from now on.
