Every time we go to order in the car, they tell me that they don't have chicken, they took my order but when I went to the window they told me that they ran out of chicken AT KFC A CHICKEN STORE, this happened around 9 pm and they close there at 11 pm and the man tells me that they are not going to cook anymore!!!!! Pleaserrrrr.

I got my DoorDash order and I asked for a sweet tea, the color isn’t what I’m use to of kfc drink looking like and it doesn’t even smell like sweet tea. And there’s something at the bottom of my drink

Spoke to a person named Camilla said she was GM. I found a bug in my food from a delivery and wanted a refund. She said no and told me good luck and call the 800 number. Do not eat here.

Made an order and didn’t receive part of my order, it’s not the first time this has happened I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt the second time but this will definitely be my last time going here
by far the worst location in FL. I’ve never been to a location where they don’t serve the full advertised menu(like all over other locations do) … AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Bad service, it is unfortunate that such a prestigious fast food is very poorly managed by its employees. Another point is that they never have the chicken ready, they always make you wait 20 to 30 minutes.
