When I walked in the restaurant no one acknowledge me. I wait a good 5 mins or more before someone came out to take me order. The chicken was tough like it had been sitting for a while.

Ordered from this KFC about 7-8 months ago from Uber and it was unexpectedly terrible. Food came what seemed like half and didn't meet my expectations WHATSOEVER. (Paid around $20). I just decided to give it (this location) another try yesterday on DoorDash and honestly it was great. Got a good deal for $15 of 2 small bundles for myself and also a free drink , order / bag came sealed (glud together) which was way better packaging than last time where it seemed barely packed. And the foog was warm and fresh. Was pretty good not going to lie and it was a pretty good meal i had at home. Order took about 35 mins and didn't have issues other than missing a straw in my order but that is absolutely nothing serious. Loved it , will most likely buy / come again , just of course , never leave out the small details ! (4.5 stars if i could)

Ordered a take out for a large family, the order took 30 minutes to prepare, then the server didn’t know what drinks we had ordered, we helped ourselves, when we got home (10 minute drive) half the order was missing 80 dollars wasted. Won’t be going back a big let down for KFC!

Came in through drive thru food was great but when I look at receipt to see if tax grew I saw donation was enter now I thought your were suppose to ask before adding normally there might be a chance I say yes but not asking and doing isn't that theft?

The customer service was terrible. My order is a special order which cannot be done on the kiosk so someone needs to take my order. They did not want to take my order and asked me to use the kiosk. I had to argue with him to tell them the kiosk would not modify my order the way I wanted it. They tried to prove me wrong on the kiosk but ultimately I was correct. This is not the first time this has happened. It's a shame you can't walk into kFC and just place an order for food without getting grief

Servers are so friendly. Food is hot and good. We came here 2 days in a row. We tried the chicken pieces, chicken sandwich and chicken pot pie. They are all good. The fries are slightly seasoned and are delicious. The pot pie is amazing. The server even gave us a free soda. So nice.
The restaurant is very clean and it’s open till after midnight. If you go after 10pm there is a menu of 6 selection at $6 each. They are fresh, not leftover.
I’ve attached the menu.
I’ll return again and again.

The honey bbq wings are back and they are still awwsome. The Dr Pepper Vanilla cream not so much. Its too sweet.

Excessively long wait , and while watching all the food goe out the window I'm told eventually that that they no longer had what we wanted. 25 minute wait for 2 meals.Empty very sticky dining room.

I really like KFC. I ordered a famous bowl. The mashed potatoes and corn were cold. (Like just out of the refrigerator.) The 4 small pieces of chicken were like jerky. Gravy was warm, cheese was okay. Service means interaction with a person. I ordered at the kiosk, the bag was tossed onto the counter. I guess I the age of delivery, there is no communication or a courteous response.
I get that people work for low wages and do not get paid to be nice. If you serve a good product, you can get away with some rudeness. But bad product, rudeness, and a freezing cold dining room are not good.

There was an issue with the app being able To process the order. I spoke with the manager Mia she wouldn’t help me get the same deal for my family that I had on the app. She was completely unsympathetic and unhelpful! After 36 hours of being in a hospital with my grandma this was my family’s dinner for tonight and now we got nothing but more stress for me!

Today’s customer services was really bad at 11 pm drive thru. I am a frequent shopper here because of my late work shifts. I ordered a late night meal as always and I couldnt change my side because the drive thru cashier said the system doesjnt allowed her. Is not the first time I buy those combos and tried to explain it to her but she redused and slambed the window in my face. I can stand the bad food but not the bad customer service. Give a better training to your personel and hire people who really want to work.

The service is always dry and horrible. The employees are always aggravated and will serve old chicken or either the cook doesn’t fry the chicken properly. Do not use this location ! The entire staff including store manager needs to be replaced.
