The chicken was just ok the gravy was nothing but water down a lot The one in Haines city is way better. This KFC sucks. So figured I would give this KFC another chance usually I go when KFC first opens up at 10 when I got inside I ordered 24 hot wings and usually I have to wait like 15 to 20 minutes which I'm fine with but they actually brought them right out they were not fresh at all I believe they gave me some from the day before. Very disappointed not giving them another chance again. Sad that they got 3,5 stars I would try to make it better if I was the manager.

I placed an order thru your app. Not 5 minutes later, I get a message saying my order was canceled. When I chatted with them, they said someone came and took the order so they refunded it. Stopped at this KFC today. Service was absolutely horrible. Girl behind counter was rude, rolled her eyes when we tried to order like we were bothering her. When our order came out, a guy basically dropped the food on the counter and walked away. Never again with this crew pretending to provide customer service.

This place should really consider having its night staff evaluated for real; rude and can’t even make sure an order has everything in the bag before handing it to you, then be so quick to run away from the window before you can even make sure everything is in the bag then not want to come back to the window when they see you still there. Seriously if the employees you have there cannot be there to do the job and let alone be grateful they have one then please I beg of you hire a new crew I won’t be back this was ridiculous

This place used to be okay now it's a total mess. They screw up your order all the time My order is always missing items and they don't compensate you for the Lost items that they didn't give. You places gone downhill in the last year. Stay away, be afraid. Be very afraid

They have a very limited menu, don’t have extra crispy chicken, if your dining they have no soda dispenser and the staff is no help at all. Will never go back to location.
