I ordered a rack of ribs with sides and extras for the 4th. I did it through Uber eats. They didn't give me the ribs but sent me all the sides. The delivery driver told me they didn't have the ribs when they should have been contacting me or Uber Eats themselves. Piss poor service.

I ordered pulled pork which turned out to just be rib meat taken off the bone, dry and very small portion and no sauce. Steak, don’t bother it was stovetop cooked and only salted, looked grey like a baked pork chop. Ribs were fall off the bone, need the sauce. Barbecue sauce is okay, nothing special. All sides needed salt at the bare minimum. Potato salad plain. Cole slaw is just mayo and cabbage, no seasoning. Mac and cheese, don’t even bother, I’ve never seen Mac and cheese be so blonde and then topped with mozzarella cheese. 🤦🏾♀️ bruh this hurt my soul. I took pictures for proof.

Ordered 2 pulled pork plates via doordash. Slaw was warm to hot with mayo in it. Pork was undercooked, cold, bland, didn't taste right and they sent no bbq sauce. All fries were vastly undercooked cold and soggy. Total meal was $53 and threw away the 2 pulled pork meals. Just awful. Chicken tenders were just fine.

We Uber eats ordered the Libby BBQ food from Leesburg, FL location. Terrible idea. The Pulled pork sandwich, potato salad, and Cole slaw. Sandwich bun was burned. The pork was dry and such small portions. Was like chewing jerky. The potato salad had so little dressing in it. It was just dried up potatoes. What the heck? The Cole slaw was actually ok. They totally forgot our order of onion rings and the drinks. Overall the portions were super small and just poor quality of food.
Super disappointed and will NEVER order them again. I should have looked at the ratings first.

Dietary restrictions: I ordered thru Door Dash and got the sticky ribs and small onion rings. The sauce on the ribs is very sweet and being a diabetic, I was able to eat half the ribs and half the onion rings, added a small salad I made at home and was completely satisfied. The ribs are falling apart yummy! Onion rings are good too, and although they were a little cold they WEREN'T soggy and are easily warmed up in my toaster oven. First time here and I'll order from here again!
