ever since they changed owners i think or managers this LADY IS NASTY lemme tell you yelled at an old man a VETERAN the only reason why she’s able to live free in this country SHE YELLED AT HIM because he couldn’t hear her HES ELDERLY U RUDE WOMEN. like what the absolute heck is wrong with you and im the right one so i stuck up for the man and embarrassed her. you should really look at urself inside lady that u decided to yell at an elderly man. yea u real big and strong. pathetic. word of advice yall. Get your food and go. Cause this lady need to treat ppl like that to the right person cause SHE PICK AND CHOOSE just wait the day she do it to the right person that won’t take her BS.

Our whole order was messed up: deep dish pizza with extra cheese -> way over cooked. Crazy Bread -> received cheese bread. Cheesesteak Crazy Puffs -> didnt get. had to go back to get them.

Terrible customer service walked in on my lunch break to get a lunch box combo which is 4
Slices of pizza. It was just me in the store and waited almost my whole 30 min break. No pizzas were already made like how they advertise. The lady who made my pizza was on the phone the whole time while she was making it. Waiting that long and it was really doey. Which means she didn’t start my order when I put it in.

Nothing hot and ready about this place… 20 minutes for 2 pep pizzas,

I haven’t had Little Caesars pizza in years. I seen a commercial for a pretzel pizza & decided to try it out. When I ordered it in person, the cashier did not specify there was a cheese sauce or pizza sauce option. I would automatically think pizza sauce unless a person specifically ask for cheese sauce. I didn’t realize til I was home that my pizza had no pizza sauce. I tried it anyway and did not like it at all. I called the store to see if they would swap it for a pizza sauce and was advised since I took a bite they couldn’t give me a new one with the sauce I want.
Poor customer service.

Wanted a pizza with eveything. Got pepperoni and sauage. Bad service. Call the young man kept say uh,uh uh, let me get the other guy, then they hung up. Tried calling back and the line was busy, all the way up to closing. Real smart business practice. Never gonna bye there again.

I walked in with a positive attitude and left with a negative one due to the black cloud hovering over the manager and his "I hate my job attitude". The pizza was like a rubber prop. I would give negative 5 stars if I could.

I dont know what is going on there lately. I religiously buy pizza here every weekend and look forward to it but lately they are not cooking the pizza thru and it was like eating gummy bread with ketchup

Place was clean and service was great. But my crazy bread was so skinny and looked like bones and didn't have nearly enough parmesan cheese.
