I’ve been to several Marcos locations and by far this one is the worse location to eat at. I have been to this location 4 times.
One time the music was very loud with rap music playing, and an employee screaming every few minutes.
Another time, the pizza had barely any cheese. It was more crust than pizza and tasted overly salty.
I decided to give this location another try since it’s one of the few places open late. On 3/23/26 I walked in and ordered at the counter. I clearly said “for here” when placing my order. The employee took my order and payment without saying the dining area was closed, so we sat down at a table to wait.
When the pizza was ready, a different employee called us up (a male with curly hair), and only then told us the seating area was closed (around 9:50pm) and we couldn’t eat it there. While we were gathering our things, I was translating to the person I was with why we couldn’t stay. The employee looked at us and started groaning, puffing, (clearly upset) and turned the lights off on us.
If dine-in isn’t available, that needs to be communicated before taking someone’s order. This was very poorly handled and extremely unprofessional. I will not be coming back.

Good tasting pizza but here is a question that begs to be answered: If I am paying extra for additional toppings, shouldn't there be more toppings? I contend yes and they failed miserably in that department! After response: your response is a non-caring response. IF I pay extra for more toppings there should be more toppings on the pizza, not just more variety of toppings. If you are just providing more variety of toppings but not quantity then there should be no additional charges. Address that comment with a real concerened comment! Or, buyer beware!

My daughter has Celiac disease and orders the cauliflower crust pizza. The staff at Marcos goes above and beyond every time we order to make sure her pizza is made with no possibility of cross contamination. I actually prefer the cauliflower crust pizza now and order it for myself.
Because of the staff’s outstanding service and attention to detail we will continue ordering from Marcos at 50 & Hancock. There aren’t enough words of gratitude to express how appreciative we are that our daughter has a safe fast food option nearby. Thank you!

Ordered pizza for delivery. Got a confirmation email at 16:13 and an email at 16:14 saying the pizza was being constructed. At 16:17 we got an email saying the pizza was in the oven. We called the location at 17:06 checking up and were told “the pizza is on the way as we speak”. We had an email right after that saying the pizza was on the way followed up by an email at 17:05 saying the pizza was delivered. We waited a few minutes and called back saying we never got the pizza and the employee stated “well you’ll have to talk to my manager and he said to call back in 10 minutes”. The pizza finally showed up (kinda cold even though we were told it was remade) at 17:27. To top it off we requested pizza sauce and the only thing we got was one garlic sauce. We are small business owners so we understand things happen but this was disappointing. We love Marcos but this is frustrating to say the least. The weather was not great so we gave them the Benefit of the doubt but this was a subpar experience.

Used to LOVE this location and never had an issue till this past Thursday when the line was out the door and around the corner. Took more than 90 minutes to get our pick up order pizza. Never had an issue before and now afraid to return... I hope they address this!

We have been long time customers for this location but lately they have gone hill with their delivery. This is the second time I have had an issue with super late delivery. This time it didn’t even show up?! I was given an eta of 30min online. And here we are 2 hours later my husband had to get it on his way home from work. God only knows how long the pizza was sitting there. What did I pay 20% tip and delivery fee for ??
Attached is the cold pizza he had to pick up. And the garlic bread that is just dry bread with no sauce on it? Like what?? lol. And our missing garlic sauce cups. Good lord no way this place will last under this management.

I went in yesterday and it was horrible. The new GM who took over after the previous GM left is absolutely horrible. Store is disgusting, wait times are absolutely terrible.
All of my toppings and cheese slid to one side and the driver smelled like weed 😒. I just gave it back and ordered elsewhere. Always check your pizza!!!

699 pizza medium was good but too thin the crust for me some parts of the pizza were uneven so crust was like paper in places so rest of pizza was good.

I was a long time customer but not anymore. Staffs like of caring and attentiveness made me wait over 40 mins for carry out. I get it it’s busy and over 20 mins more than my quote time is a little ridiculous. Judging from the other reviews on here it seems this restaurant is in a blender

Ordered yesterday and it was horrible. Had a hair in the food! Turns out after talking with the staff that their previous GM of 6 years was recently let go. Seems like their standards have also gotten bad take a look at the other reviews
