I ordered a salad and a French Dip Sandwich. The salad came with old avocado, the plate was dirty, and the greens were clearly not fresh. I would never even serve a salad like that at home. Very disappointing experience — I won’t be coming back to eat here again.

This place is super family friendly on Thursdays! 99 cent kids meals, not very busy. The pick two is a super good deal if you get a salad and sandwich. The salads are huge. The staff is friendly. It's hard to eat out with a family of 6 for a reasonable price but mcalisters makes it possible!
Potatoes are great food is good. The wait time could be loads better. Ended up waiting like 45 minutes for a spud after ordering online for takeout.

Me and my wife ordered sandwiches for pickup here and were blown away by the friendly and caring staff. There was a mishap with the order system after a busy day and the manager came out and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Wish I asked for their names but believe me the guy in the orange shirt (manager) is exactly the kind of person you’d hope would be managing! The girl at the register who made our sweet tea and rang up our orders was also very patient and hospitable, wanting to make sure everything was correct on the order and customizations. Food was absolutely delicious, came out quickly, and was better than any other “deli equivalent”restaurant. Jersey Mikes doesn’t even come close to these flavors. We are definitely coming back. Absolutely worth the drive!

Tough Cookie. Came during a special promotion. Seems everyone was in on the same deal. Took over 30 minutes to execute the process. Quite disappointing. Food is tasty but the lengthy wait to get it seems ineffective for me. Might be different on another day.

This store has went to pot. We have ordered through Uber 2 to 3 times a week in the past. The dont have a working toaster. They sell a king club on white toast and stopped toasting the bread. One night my husband drove the food back as it was the 3d time in one week we for an untoasted sandwich. The new manager is useless. After a speech on how their toaster is bad we showed her the white bread. She then gave credit and said that it was the sandwich maker error and she would speak to them. 30 days later and still getting untrusted sandwich on white bread. Do you need me to come up and train your staff on how to make a sandwich? Do i need to buy you a 9.99 toaster from Walmart? I hope the franchise or owner steps in. This is not acceptable and that manager is obviously incompetent.
