Ordered red beans and rice, was told they no longer served it, although advertised all over the place including inside electronic menu sign. Opted for chili, horrible, like wallpaper paste, must have been around for days.

I don't know who the big guy is in the back making the food but watching him wipe sweat off his forehead few times, grab his pants from the sides multiple times to pick them up from sagging (belt easy fix) I lost my appetite. That's disgusting as a manager please have him switch gloves of he touches things other than food. I know those 5 seconds might seem like alot to him but this is food we dealing with here

The bread on a pastrami sandwich was soggy. Beans with rice dry and burnt. Potatoe salad was good.

The system was down after waiting for my food they tell me that it has not been proceses because the system is down and that I had to download the app to be able to place my order I was taking my lunch break to start a meeting and I couldn't eat but apparently this usually happens a lot to see these reviews I don't understand what this corporation is doing about it because of these reviews how the general manager handled the situation was terrible

Reason why 5 stars was cuz food is delicious and amazing. It took 5 minutes to get someone’s attention to order but I understand staff might have been busy. Highly recommend because the food is like heaven.

I went here today and had the worst service I have had compared to any McAlister. Service was extremely slow, food came out after 45 minutes cold. Was very disappointed.

Huge sandwiches. Love the side choices too. This was 6 years ago. I was there yesterday and I will not be back. After a long wait, part of our order was wrong, and we never got some of it. Most of the tables had not been bussed, and those that were, were sticky. The table we did have wobbled a lot. They were not busy when we got there. My soup was not hot. I was really disappointed

I ordered the French Dip Sandwich, which was delicious as usual. This location is the first time I had a McAlister's employee offer me a free refill for my drink. There is plenty of free parking. There are plenty of seats inside the restaurant. If I'm in the area, I'll definitely eat here again.
