We ordered our food from the kiosk in the lobby printed our receipt with a three-digit number picked up a tent to set on our table. Our food never arrived. We took our receipt to the front counter they looked at it went back made our food and then gave it to us.

This was the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited. I returned my burger because something seemed off, and they gave me back the exact same burger I had already returned. That is completely unacceptable and unsafe. After eating there, I got sick. The employees were also extremely rude, which made the whole experience even worse. This location feels unsafe for children and families — the food did not seem fresh at all. I will never come back, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Even though they forgot one of my orders of fries at the drive-through, the manager was extremely helpful understanding and didn’t hesitate to resolve the issue even with a bustling drive-through and restaurant at the time.
