We ordered our food from the kiosk in the lobby printed our receipt with a three-digit number picked up a tent to set on our table. Our food never arrived. We took our receipt to the front counter they looked at it went back made our food and then gave it to us.
I'll go to McDonald's every morning to get my morning coffee and I always have a great experience.Everyone's attitude is nice and perky.I just love it helps me to get my mornings started.
Even though they forgot one of my orders of fries at the drive-through, the manager was extremely helpful understanding and didn’t hesitate to resolve the issue even with a bustling drive-through and restaurant at the time.
