Avoid this location! We found 3 hard white rocks in my son's chicken nugget box. I had to call the Clermont police who shut the restaurant down for a period of time due to lack of accountability and cooperation from the management and staff when addressing the concerns. Management has failed to address this food safety concern with me directly

This has got to be the absolute WORST McDonald’s. The worst customer service. I just stood in line at the register for 5 minutes with NO acknowledgement from anyone. Another awful experience was recently when I placed an order on the app and ordered 3 sauces (no additional charge). Got my order through the drive thru and only received 1 sauce. Went back through drive thru to get the other 2 sauces and was told there would be an additional charge of $0.52. REALLY??? That’s an issue between your store and the app. I already paid through the app and why couldn’t you explain that to me before driving away. Not to mention the awful attitude we received from the staff when we questioned it. Funny how every other McDonald’s I’ve been to has NEVER charged me for additional sauce and I’ve been told that sauces are FREE!!!!!!! Shame on me for giving this store another chance but I will NEVER be back after today. Also, I’ve tried calling this location multiple times to inquire which happy meal toy they are giving out and you can not get through to speak to anyone.

They took over 5 minutes just to take my order with only one other person inside but maybe the drive through was busy . I don't care for McDonald's but my mother in law loves their sausage biscuits I got one to me that wasn't cooked long enough the sausage and the biscuit was fine I took the sausage off the biscuit.

Most of the staff here is of a certain descent, and let’s just say they don’t know how table cones work. Several times I have ordered food here and not received it for 30+ minutes because they will yell out the table number once or twice from behind the counter rather than delivering it to the table, and if you are sitting at your table you will not hear them. I have learned now to treat every order like a takeout order and wait right at the counter for it. It is the most bizarre thing to not understand.

Worst McDonald's by far. We were the only car and they still couldn't get our order correct! The burgers surely sat for a long time they should have been thrown away. Same with the nuggets they sat so long the breading got mushy! Everyone here needs to be retrained on holding times at least.
I am deeply disappointed with the level of disrespect and unprofessional behavior I witnessed from the staff at this McDonald’s location. The employees were unfriendly, gave customers attitude, and the manager on duty was literally throwing customers’ food like it was trash — an absolutely unacceptable display of behavior and a total lack of respect.
It’s no wonder this location has a 3.3-star rating. The manager appeared completely miserable and disengaged, and the general manager at this location needs to be terminated, not just written up, along with the rest of the management team and staff. The culture here is toxic and feels like it’s straight out of a location in Pine Hills.
It’s shocking that this site has been allowed to operate for so long despite countless bad reviews. I will be reaching out to McDonald’s corporate headquarters to request a thorough review and investigation of this location. Customers deserve respect, professionalism, and a welcoming environment — and this site delivers none of those things.
