Completely dysfunctional and rude staff. I get a simple burger and fries and somehow it’s a catostrophe. The burger comes with sauce on it but I wanted it on the side instead so I tell them I don’t want it on it and they try to nickle and dime me trying to charge me for sauce that I already paid for on the burger. Then after all that they get the burger wrong anyway after their rude stunt and it took 8 minutes to get a new one in a competley empty restaurant. And of course the fries were colder than Minnesota in the middle of the winter. They were so rude and disgusting that even in an Empty restaurant they refused to serve me as this location and every other McDonald’s does. What a disgrace!!

I'm not surprised that there are so many bad reviews and low rates for this store, I wish I could give 0 stars instead of 1. Today 03/18 around 9am , I ordered 2 meals , The young lady working there gave me two cups of hot coffee with one lid not completely closed, and of course it spilled out and burned the thigh of my leg, While I felt hot from the burns, she blamed me that it was because I didn't know how to hold them. I have been going to McDonald's for many years and this is NOT THE FIRST TIME I have had coffee here. Now my skin is still red and my clothes look terrible, my day is ruined. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME HERE.

The food was cold, they didn't give me the corresponding orders, they didn't bring the food to the table and on top of that they don't even make an effort to let you know that your food is ready and worst of all, THE HISPANIC GIRL AND THE BROWN GIRL ARE DISORGANIZED, RUDE AND SPOILED. I don't recommend it at all

This place has horrible service, the lack of employees makes it a cold place and they don't play any music. And their employees are very rude and spoiled.
Plus: They don't bring food to your table, they just yell at you and if you don't listen they don't make an effort to let you know.

I placed a large order and they got confused and didn't give me 2 burgers. I complained and she told me that she had put everything and that I was wrong. After proving that she was wrong, she confused my order again and gave me a burger that I hadn't ordered. I complained again, this time it was a Hispanic girl. And she had a nasty and rude attitude. And when it was time to give me my order she threw it at me. And like in other comments, they don't bring the food to the table, they just call you and don't even make an effort to let you know that your order is ready. These types of employees are the ones that make the restaurant look bad and leave you wanting to come back to eat. HORRIBLE experience. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE

My order included 10 chicken nuggets and I had set the table number but they still put my order at the counter. So I had to go to the counter to get my order to the table where I was sitting. When I was about to start eating, I suddenly realized that something seemed to be missing. I checked the order and they didn't give me the chicken nuggets, so I went to the counter to find the clerk to reflect, and then they gathered together and talked about something. I waited there for 10 minutes, and my burger and fries were almost cold on the table. At this time, my patience was almost at its limit. I asked them a second time, and their response at this time was "Yours will be ready soon", but I saw that they put several boxes of chicken nuggets in other people's bags instead of giving them to me, even though my order was much earlier than theirs. So after a few minutes, a clerk came to the cashier and shouted to many of our waiting customers that "the chicken nuggets are gone". This is simply ridiculous. I waited for more than ten minutes without any service or attitude, and I had to leave because of time reasons. It was equivalent to me spending 10 more chicken nuggets for this store in vain, and many people had the same situation at that time.

This is a self serve store. You place your order on a kiosk. No drinks, napkins or condiments are available in the dining room.

Used the app on a buy a filet get free any size fries. When I got my order no fries in the bag . I let Tisha or Tricia know they were missing. She proceeded to argue with me about it and ultimately when she found out she was wrong she half filled them and all but threw them at me through the windows. It ok to be wrong but the attitude after the fact is just diabolical.

I have been to this location multiple times just to be sure that it wasn’t a one-off situation. Every time I have been there and ordered through the app, selected “Table Service”, they have never once brought the food to the table. They just call out the table number and leave your food sitting on the counter. There’s a separate option for that called “Counter”.
I pick “Table Service” option because I have lower back issues and getting up and down from a seated position multiple times is painful for me. I don’t pick this option because I’m lazy or anything like that. Regardless, that’s not the point. The point is, if you’re not going to do the Table Service option then why even offer it? Just remove that as an option if you’re not going to do it. Then I will know not to bother sitting down. I will just go up to the counter and wait.
Stop offering that as a service if you’re not going to do it.
On this most recent visit it was just me and one other person in the restaurant with no cars in the drive thru at the time. So there’s really no excuse that they were too busy to walk it a few feet over to the table I was sitting at.
I used the drive-thru. The service was poor. It was like no one wanted to work. Asking them a question was like making them work harder. The serving size for a small size fries was about 10 french fríes and none at the bottom of the bag. The burgers were just thrown together, very sloppy. The food was cold and tasted old. I know this is fast food but when you spend almost $45.00 for a family of 3. I would expect better quality food and service.

7:15 am, we don't have sausage thawed it will take 20 mins. Don't you dare have anything to say or ask questions.
Everytime I go there the" system " is always down it's supposed to have food but apparently the system is always down toy need to do better
