Twice my friend and I have gotten food here, and twice it has been a miserable experience. The first time, they had forgotten our drinks and we had to wait longer in the drive thru spots for them.
The second time, today, we had to wait AGAIN in the the drive thru spots for our food. Unlike last time, I had to go inside and get the proper change for our food because the girl at the window had miscounted. Going inside, the atmosphere was just not good, and every worker had a feeling of not wanting to be there.
In short, DO NOT go to this McDonald's at all. The service and workers are not stellar, and do not give me a feeling of ever wanting to go here again. Order online, or use the app. Don't bother with this location if you can though.
The food met expectations from a taste and temperature perspective, but that was about it. I placed an online order on my McD's app, 15 mins prior to arriving at this location. It was early on a Sat. morning, with our 2 sons in the backseat, awaiting a trip to a local theme park. Where this location fails, is in logistics and preparation! 15 mins. 15 mins after placing our order, we pulled up to the drive thru (selected in the app with a code beginning with the letter "J". We pulled up within a minute, received our receipt, then asked to pull up about 15 - 20 ft to wait for our order. We were the only vehicle there at the time of pulling up to the drive thru. We waited. Then waited longer, then counted 7 different vehicles asked to pull over to wait on their orders too! One after another we all lined up waiting for our orders. Our total wait time in our vehicle, was 18 mins. Add the 15 minute time from placing our "simple" app order, to arrival, and that is 33 mins. Plus, the piling of people in their vehicles, waiting for theirs after ours. May God have helped them. Our bag was delivered to our vehicle after this monstrosity, with no smile. No apology. No empathy. No nothing. The employee was young and couldn't give one single F about us or the incompetence of he and the staff. On a Saturday morning, you were not prepared, you didn't care and I'll pay another McD's franchisee our money going forward. Completely unacceptable service and I'm not even veing picky. Beware.
