Delicious & juicy meats (unlike most other too dry fare), all at a very reasonable price. The patriotic mission & decor put the restaurant in a category of it's own. Amazing first experience at MB for both my parents. They went above and beyond with the food, kindness, respectfulness, service, and everything! It was a great 80th bd lunch for my dad who turns 80 and was a corpsman to the marines in Vietnam. Even down to having a special parking spot for combat wounded veterans. Super special!

My first time at a Mission BBQ. It did not disappoint. Pulled pork sandwich was excellent. Staff was helpful and friendly. Great decor and memorabilia inside. They've earned a regular customer.

Mission BBQ – Clermont, FL I really wanted to like this place, but the food and atmosphere were both disappointing. The collard greens had stewed tomatoes in them, which completely threw off the flavor — I’m still not sure why they’d do that. Overall, the food was maybe a 2 out of 10.
What bothered me more was the lack of diversity in the photos on the walls. As a Spanish and African-American person, it felt uncomfortable seeing only Caucasian people represented in the military and service pictures. It gave off an eerie, unwelcoming vibe, like people who look like me didn’t belong there.
Between the food and the atmosphere, I won’t be going back.

I love coming for lunch when they play the national anthem at noon. Also they went around the dining room asking if anyone was a veteran or first responder and offered free dessert as thanks for my service.

Great new local BBQ spot! The atmosphere is warm and family-friendly, and the staff is welcoming and attentive. The menu is all à la carte, which lets you mix and match your favorites. We tried the brisket, ribs, shredded chicken, and a turkey sandwich, all were flavorful and cooked perfectly. For sides, we had the baked beans, cornbread and for dessert, we enjoyed the banana pudding everything was delicious. Overall, a great experience we’ll definitely be back!

Had the worst of the WORST of the worst of food poisoning from this place. I don’t remember the last time I felt this awful - went here on Sunday - food poisoning lasted *painfully* until Tuesday. I got a simple moist brisket… don’t wish this on my worst enemy and will not be coming back ever. My instincts with the lady cutting/prepping the food in the back, slapping it together felt off for some reason, but it was my first time here. I’ve had plenty of barbecue. Beware.
