This was the first time we had ordered from Mito Sushi..and we were so very disappointed and a waste of money. They were so very accommodating so we appreciated that. But the food was not just not what we have experienced in Japanese cuisine. The food just did not have any flavor..just bland..but with too much salt. And the 'brown sauce' is just too much. It's over everything like you'd expect gravy on grits or mashed potatoes. Sadly, we will not be going back to Mito Sushi, but appreciate their friendliness.

I feel like as a customer this place doesn’t get enough attention and love. I come here often with my wife, and it’s always empty and the service is spot on. Not completely sure if the business gets most of its profit from DoorDash, Uber Eats and so forth. But, I definitely recommend coming here. Never had any issues with the place.

Place is terrible!! Waited 10 minutes for service... 20 minutes in.. server was taking our order- asked us to wait so she could answer the phone for a takeout order... we had placed orders for beers, sake, 2 hibachi steak...$100 with missing 2 more entree.. she didn't care... all while wearing her iPod in her ear... will never go back... shame since it's across the street from where we live! Really has gone down hill over the last few years

Timing is everything. This time you get a 3 star review. Honestly, I want to give the cooks a top 5 review. However, if you treat your customers as if they aren’t customers, why would anyone spend money with your establishment? Just something to think about. I would say order togo, but smh! The food is great but not worth the service that comes with it. Sorry not sorry.

Great meal! The sushi was fresh, they had the best soup I’ve ever had at a Japanese restaurant, rice and meats and everything was delicious! Service was great. You won’t be disappointed.

We always order take out from them. Then we decided to go and eat there on a Friday night. The place looks very cute but we were the ONLY ONES there. They were having many promotions and for our surprise the promotions were ONLY for take out. So I guess they don’t want to encourage people to go and eat in the restaurant . Lesson learned. We will never go back.
We moved to Clermont a little over a year ago, and this was one of our first restaurant visits. It’s still one of our favorites. The family and I believe is the owner’s daughter are always friendly. The food quality and quanity are consistently good. The only minor suggestion I have is for the restaurant to be updated. I understand that this requires capital, which the owner may not be willing to invest. Another suggestion I have is to replace the cans of Coke with fountain drinks. Unfortunately, there’s no refill option at the moment.

2 stars might to many. Ordered sushi sashi combo the fish was borderline freezer burnt or dryed out, I question the tuna quality. The place can use a deep cleaning, staff seems lazy they have alot of clutter ( Christmas decorations) old TV power cords hanging out of the plug on the wall. Water features empty most likely broken well toss them in the trash. Customer service is lacking only a 2 tables with customers in the place the waitress was delivering food to the table while eating I am guessing her lunch or did that come off our plates ???? The restaurant has specials and if you reach a certain dollar amount you get free roll or two. Well we were over by $15 the needed amount for the top tier for the freebies. Waitress never said a word about any specials or the dollar amount. If the food was any better i may have spoken up. With food, customer service and cleanse needing skip this place. Publix has much better sushi.

If we lived nearby, we would absolutely be regulars here. Have dined in a couple of times and enjoyed tasty sake and some of the most delicious sushi we have ever had! The fish doesn't get any fresher. Very high quality sushi. So hard to pick a favorite! Highly recommend the Sushi Party special of whatever they have on the board. We got a different Sushi Party special on two different occasions and both were excellent. Dancing Dragon roll was definitely a favorite. Great friendly, attentive service. We had a wonderful experience both times. If you love sushi, this place is a MUST TRY! Looking forward to coming back!!
