The GM Matt is a VERY VERY disrespectful boy. Usually, I don't make bad reviews, but this one needs to be addressed... my order was wrong, and my family's food. He came to the table and said, "That's what your family and I ordered. I said sir the food is cold and stale he said, "Sorry, "I can't do anything about it, and he walks off and rolls his eyes!! Then, I proceeded to cuss at an employee in front of my family and I. I will be reaching out to corporate to have this solved.

The service was horrible the food was so so, not a place to go eat lunch, they have a lunch specials but it’s not really a special , $18 for a lunch sandwich with no drink is not a lunch special , . Plus The waiter was incompetent, rude and was guessing at his answers ., he had an attitude.. people that act like that, need to get a government job and be rude to the world , you have no business in the customer relation business, and because of that, I’m done with you Outback, I won’t be back, , it was that way last time I was there, and it was at dinner time and you ran it off foods brought my dinner and hour later but I figured I give you the benefit of the doubt Maine it was a bad time or something so I tried you again for lunch this time, maybe it be different, but you failed at both. You have become a place where I don’t want to eat at.

Parking: Easy access for those traveling east on 50, not so much for west bound traffic.
Outback is one of the best “chain” restaurants out there. They serve much of the same as many of the steakhouses but the steak itself is really quite a good quality cut compared to some of the other places. They cook it spot on also which is really what makes your meal great when it comes to steak. I ordered the French onion sirloin special. It comes with either a 6 oz. or a 9 oz. sirloin, two sides, and a small little dipping size cup of French onion soup. I chose the house salad with ranch and French fries to dip into my French onion soup. I enjoyed it very much. My 9 oz steak was cooked perfectly and I was quite surprised at how much I enjoyed this meal. They even had Sam Adam’s winter lager in a tall beer mug for only $7 so that was a special treat. The 9 oz was $19 and the 6 oz was $16. Both are great prices compared to the norm. I will return for sure. Outback is well worth the low price. Loved it.
So this was my second bad experience at this location. Worst steakhouse I've ever been to as far as not knowing how to cook a steak. When you order the porterhouse steak and ask for MEDIUM RARE then get your steak WELL DONE i mean no pink inside at all then you/your cook has a problem. No i do not want to wait for you to cook another steak i waited 40 minutes for this one. Manager did not even come to my table and apologize never made an appearance. So be aware that this is NOT a satisfactory location prepare to be disappointed. I was not charged for the steak/meal i did not eat and left the restaurant hungry. Thanks McDonald's for taking care of my hunger. And yes i would prefer McDonald's over this place. Good luck to you Outback

Why is it that Outback has such terrible lettuce while Carrabba's lettuce (across the street) is so great? I don't get it. I read that they are both owned by the same company. Mostly, we order salads to go when we're not up to cooking, but the lettuce is consistently terrible here so we need to stop. It's just money down the tubes.
Our server was amazing, very funny and entertaining his recommendations were delicious overall great experience will go back
