I had my food delivered to my house and I ordered grilled teriyaki chicken for one of the entrées on my plate. When I opened the container I actually thought they gave me the wrong thing, It looks absolutely nothing like the photo online and is full of slimy fat and skin, I am pretty sure at least one of the pieces was raw. The noodles that I also selected came slightly undercooked and there was very little of the kung pow chicken I selected as my second entrée.

Today they lost me as a customer. I watched the food prep personal use there bare hands to get ingredients for the food. Food prep. One o one is to use gloves in handling raw food. I believe this is a health violation.

Went to redeem my children's free A/B honor vouchers, and no one knew how to charge it. I was told to come in from the drive-thru, and then I was told I couldn't obtain two vouchers, but I explained that the two children earned each voucher with hard work, and then I was told to pay for one. Someone is confused. Please teach employees how to redeem two vouchers for school accomplishments.
