I was very disappointed when we received our pizza and breadsticks. The pizza was ok but barely had any pepperoni or mushrooms. The cheese bread was over cooked and blah. I wanted to get a side of anchovies but it doesn’t give you an option to order “a side” online, just ON the pizza. When I asked the door dasher to ask for them he was told “they aren’t for free.” I wasn’t asking for FREE.. as I had no problem PAYING for them. Honestly Papa John’s missed the opportunity to make more money. Obviously they didn’t care about making sure their customer’s are happy. Pizza 🍕 Hut here we come.

I ordered a medium bbq chicken pizza with extra chicken and bacon the other day and some boneless wings and went and picked it up and got home and the wings were traditional wings and not boneless and my pizza was very dry and not very good at all. I called the store and they gave me a credit and so I called them tonight and reordered the same food and was hoping that it was right this time. I get home and the wings were boneless this time but they were terrible and my pizza went from dry last time to having way too much sauce on it this time. I used to really like Papa John's but after this time I didn't bother calling again because it was so bad that I won't be ordering anything from Papa John's for a while after my experience the last two times. Ended up being a waste of my time. Very disappointed.

They use DoorDash for delivery. According to the Papa John’s app my pizza was done, but DoorDash took an hour to deliver it. This is completely unacceptable. I will never order delivery from this location again because they don’t have their own drivers.

Ordered delivery on the app, total came out one way, but then they handed off my order to doordash and then the total magically went up $8. Don't waste your time if they can't stick to their original listed price. Seems scammy at best

The staff here is great! The staff was friendly, polite, and very helpful. We ordered several pizzas for a large family gathering and they were done quickly even though it was late and busy.
Ordered online for delivery, waited a hour to be told they delivered, they hadn’t we were sat by the door. Then when we phoned and asked where. He said he’ll cook it fresh. 20 minutes it’ll be there. We then phoned back 40 minutes later as nothing arrived. He said they wouldn’t deliver to us. We had just flown in from the uk with children. Used to be so good here. Terrible now. Will be raising it with the franchise department
