Terrible customer service.

I was given a valid Papa John’s promotional card for a FREE order of 10” Cheesesticks (expires 8/31/25), but this location refused to honor it and made me pay out of pocket.

The card is clearly valid, carryout only, and has a watermark. Staff gave no clear explanation and dismissed it outright. This comes across as misleading and feels like false advertising.

If a promotion is “valid at participating locations,” customers deserve to know upfront whether THIS store participates—otherwise it wastes our time and money. Corporate should fix this.

Every time I eat one of their pizzas, I get diarrhea. They need to wash their hands thoroughly after using the register before making the pizzas. They need to check each ingredient to make sure they are FRESH and not spoiled. Also, there is no seating available inside the store. It's outside where it is very HOT.

I really do not recommend this Papa John’s!!!!!
The employees are rude. They do not listen. They try to do up sale of orders. There is no good customer service here. The employees are argumentative.. in their opinion they can do no wrong. Everything they do is right and the customer is always wrong.!
When you are paying for your food, just remember your dollars can be spent elsewhere with no arguments and no righteous attitudes. Personally, I would not waste my time money or energy. There are other Pizza area establishments that will be more than willing to take their time with you and not push you through an order like they rule.! We are human beings just like you treat people with respect and how you wish to be treated. Just saying.

Horrible service! Ordered online and waited another 30 minutes inside. The guy at the front has no idea what he is doing. Got skipped and was asked to wait! Manager was not helpful and just walking around doing nothing! Very chaotic and will never go back to this location!!!! Do better!

I was very disappointed when we received our pizza and breadsticks. The pizza was ok but barely had any pepperoni or mushrooms. The cheese bread was over cooked and blah. I wanted to get a side of anchovies but it doesn’t give you an option to order “a side” online, just ON the pizza. When I asked the door dasher to ask for them he was told “they aren’t for free.” I wasn’t asking for FREE.. as I had no problem PAYING for them. Honestly Papa John’s missed the opportunity to make more money. Obviously they didn’t care about making sure their customer’s are happy. Pizza 🍕 Hut here we come.
