The staff were very friendly, but the food was the most disgusting my family and I have ever had. None of us finished what we ordered. All of it tasted like reheated food from the microwave. We had nuggets, tenders, fries, mac and cheese, soft drink, cookies and sauces... and NOTHING was good. The fries were like rubber and tasted like walmart frozen fries. The mac and cheese was greasy. The tenders and nuggets tasted like frozen ones heated in the microwave. The soft drink had an off taste. The sauce was just terrible and the cookies were INEDIBLE!! We spent a lot of money to feed our family and get a treat and over half of it was thrown away. Do NOT waste your time and money as we did. Next time go to Huey Magoos. We fight over leftovers and sauces from there!

We go to PDQ almost everyday, the food is consistently great and the service friendly.
edit: you likely will not get your sauce. So, do be persistent about getting it, even if they say it's in there. Had to come update this since you can't just call the store.

I haven't had PDQ in probably 7 years. One of my friends had mentioned last week it was so good, so today I went by and got a garlic parmesan chicken sandwich, a mac n cheese, and a sweet tea. The place was super busy, but the line traveled very quickly. If you're from the South you know that when I say their mac n cheese tastes like someone from church made it I'm not lying! And the sandwich is incredible. For how expensive Chick-Fil-A is getting, PDQ is on par with the price of our order for 3 people and it's a lot better quality. I'm coming here all the time now!

These people are fast! Enjoy quality of salads & tenders (what I’ve ordered so far). The $10 off my order for B-Day reward was absolutely an incentive. I prefer to place orders w restaurants & fast food places that have decent rewards.

Have always loved pdq and only a handful of times has it been eh but avg great food better than Chick-fil-A in my opinion and get more for your money
