Finally a place on the corner that serves great Mexican cantina food!!! The service is on point and the food is impeccable. Evanan the bartender was very courteous and exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend this place!!!Vegetarian options: Table side guacamole

The only reason it didn't get a 5 star is that beer selection wasn't great, and my inlaws commented that there wasn't much shrimp on their plate. The tableside guacamole is a great starter, and beef fajitas are the best.

We love Pepe’s! It’s some of the best Mexican food we’ve had in a long time. Everything was fresh and delicious.The XXL burrito lived up to its name. It’s massive, easily shareable with two people. The chicken tortilla soup was amazing. We actually ran out of soup before running out of chicken. The avocado that garnished the soup was extremely fresh.Everyone there was friendly and you could never want for anything. You never had to ask for a refill of water, there was always someone walking with a water pitcher.We can’t wait to go back and enjoy more items off the menu. We are so happy Downtown Clermont is home to Pepe’s

Love everything about this place I’ve been many times. Some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. The margaritas are good as well, although I wish they salted the entire rim instead of just a portion. The atmosphere is great and I like sitting outside when it’s nice out. They have tables out front and then also they have a new patio in the back.Parking: Street parking is usually full, but there is a large lot a block over as well as a grass lot next to sun creek brewing. Only a minute walk from the restaurant
Cute place with a nice courtyard ambiance and Mexican food- what's not to like? Unfortunately the food did not receive the same attention that was spent on the atmosphere. We started our meal with chips and salsa. I like a little heat in my salsa and they attempted to bring it using black pepper - not standard in any good salsa. The chips tasted like they were from a bag . Our lunch consisted of 3 tacos, 2 grilled chicken, one beef with refried beans and orange rice. They looked good but the chicken had no flavor, the only saving grace was the avocado crema which there wasn't much of. My husband ate the one beef taco and he said the chicken was better. The "beans" tasted liked squash "beans", not terrible, just not beans or what we were expecting. The rice had some mixed vegetables, orange like Mexican rice but didn't taste like it. Maybe their margaritas are worth the trip here? They looked good but we but didn't try them. All I can say is the food wasn't. Overall, disappointing.
