This was a excellent experience, great service and not being a vegan I found that the vegetarian pizza was Awesome and we will be going back to this establishment again. The atmosphere of the redesigned location in downtown Clermont with multipal eateries was amazing and as long as I have lived in Clermont I never knew that this building had a basement which serves as a quaint bar. The entire design was impressive and a great change for downtown Clermont. And the music wasn't to loud which allows patrons to talk without having to talk loud over the background music. Keep up the great work and I hope that all the eateries in this building have great success and longevity in the Clermont restaurant business.

Ive passed pinsa countless times and have never stopped as im very picky with pizza. (North east coaster in me ) but it was Delicious ! The ingredients tasted fresh and had a great balance of flavor. The buffalo chicken pinsa is spicy which i love , but heads up. && the pinsa sticks were great with the marinara dipping which they arent shy about the portion. For sure will be returning. The location is always a great vibe inside Monterose.

If you're looking for delicious pizza in Clermont, you found it at Pinsa Fire! And if Angela is making your pizza, you're in for a treat! It's the best pizza in town, hands down. We are vegetarian so options are limited in downtown Clermont, which is why we stop at Panda Fire! Angela is so awesome and chefs us up the most delicious, flavorful, vegetarian pizza whenever we stop by!! It's a must try!!

Whoever was on schedule 7/27 at night was not friendly at all. I was inconveniencing her to be here at 8:40 pm. And the pizza was god awful. And left her rude self $3 tip. Spent $18 on the smallest pizza. The size of a normal man’s hand and it is unbelievably salty. Why is pizza salty? I loveee coming to Montrose but this is a spot I will not come back to and will remind my friends not to bother with. Terrible food and service to say the least. And maybe melt the cheese next time for others. Shame. And wish I could get a refund and give my money to those who would enjoy to serve me.

Pinsa Fire has been one of the best additions to the Downtown Space. The primary chef, Will, is always incredibly friendly and ready to ensure quality. I've turned this into one of my weekly stops and will continue coming back for the future.I highly recommend the fig & prosciutto as well as the birria (when its on special)

My wife and I stopped by here tonight and tried the Margherita pizza which was the best pizza I have had in Florida and likely one of the best three I have had in my life.You can tell an artist when they do not require fancy extras to hide the fundamentals. As you would expect, the toppings were simply basil, mozzarella, and tomatoes, BUT they were EXACTLY how you would want them. Large chunks of fresh mozzarella. Thick slices of delicious tomatoes. Generous fresh basil that tasted like basil and not some dried paper. All on top of a perfectly cooked crust.If you appreciate real pizza (not just some dough to hold a crazy mismatch of deli meats and cheap cheese) you must try this place. This is a truly quality pizza.
