Not a good experience at all! After waiting two hours for our pizza, the manager told us our hotel dropped the ball, and then casually suggested we dispute it with our bank. While she did eventually remake the pizza, the next morning my entire family had horrible stomachaches. The manager was not very helpful, and overall the service was disappointing. Definitely not what we expected while trying to enjoy our trip.

Normally they are great but this time they did not put any seasoning on the cheese sticks, then when I asked for some, it was completely different and gross…It’s chicken seasoning for stovetop, if I had known they changed it , I would not have ordered!!! I called and the Manager would not get on the phone!!

It’s actually really cool that I live sort of close to a Pizza Hut buffet. These things were everywhere at one point and it’s kinda sad that most of them went out of business. Anyways, I went here about a month ago and got some pizza, some breadsticks, and a variety of other things. The food tasted ok; it tasted like what you would expect from a $10 buffet. I did really like the cinnamon sticks though. Extra scrumptious 😋. Overall, a solid four stars.
If you want to wait an hour for uncooked pizza this is your place. Food took forever to arrive. When we arrived no one else was in the restaurant. Also ordered side salads that never arrived. Had to get our own utensils and napkins. Despite waiting forever, never offered drink refills. This was on Sunday, April 27th.

I haven't been to a Pizza Hut in years today. I figured I'd try it again for the buffet The buffet has changed over the years. Now you have to order a side salad but the pizza is on the buffet with breadsticks and pasta. Service was very friendly I'll be back for the nostalgia and a decent price for the buffet

Pizza Hut buffet for $10?! Uh, yeah! They bring out 8 pizzas at a time and you go figure out what you like. The selection rotates. Angie makes sure your drinks are full and the plates are cleared. (Be cool and tip her for the hustle.) Since my wife found out it's running again, we have a weekly date on our weekday off. $32 with tip, out the door, for 2 people?! How can you beat that?! (And you get that piece of nostalgia) if you know you know.

Didn’t deliver the French fries with my order. When I called they said sorry but you will have to come and pick them up. 18% tip was a joke. Pizza was cold. So they screwed me out of 2 orders of French fries. Worst experience ever. Totally unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
