I came in on lunch time where it was advertised All you can eat lunch buffet. No time was posted. I walked in a round 2pm. Food was sitting out on the buffet table and I was refused to be offered the buffet. They stated it was past the buffet hours that were NOT posted anywhere. And when I tried to order a small pizza and side of boneless winged total came over double of what i would have paid eating from the buffet. I felt they were discriminative against me and I will never eat a pizza hut again!

We arrived at 8:30pm on a Friday to eat at a place where they are supposed to close at 1am and ALAYNA, as it says on the receipt, whoever received us told us that she was next to clean the tables because apparently she was going to leave early. His attitude from then on was one of annoyance, it was 8:30 at night and the place closes at 1am so no one can eat in the place for 5 hours to avoid inconvenience. Better to close early so employees don't have to bother with customers. You can't eat there after 8:30 because you'll make the tables dirty.

Placed order for delivery and did not receive order. Contacted the store and was only offered a credit, when I disputed that and wanted my money back, I was told that I would need to contact Door Dash since that is who this Pizza Hut location uses for delivery. I did not order through Door Dash, I ordered through Pizza Hut. No offer to remake my order and deliver. As of now, I am still showing the charge on my credit card.

On Halloween night I wanted to dine in and eat with my friends. There was an argument between a younger manager and the older one. I ended up taking out because I was very uncomfortable. Wasn't very professional.

This store has always disappointed our family. We only chose this location as convenience but we have decided that this was the last time. Everything we purchased was cold and topping amounts on the two pizzas we ordered were very minimal, however, the price for specialty pizzas would suggest otherwise. The store is dirty and the staff was obnoxious from the back. I could hear them laughing and complaining about customers. Needless to say, we will not be back at this location, ever.

The food was pretty good, first time dinning in. However one of the younger female managers yelled at another older woman. It certainly wasnt a light conversation. But other than that the food was good, and the blonde waitress was extreamly nice ?.

Earlier today, we had my twins 11th birthday party start off at Pizza Hut. Angela and Danielle were beyond amazing and their birthday party was over the top fun! The food was excellent and the service was even better! What a great value for your dollar! We will definitely be back again.!!!
Just had a take out order. This location needs management badly. People getting wrong pizzas and some orders not complete. No one working there had any idea of what was going on. I will no longer tip on the app for pick up.

The lunch buffet is back just as you remember. The service was quick and attentive, the food was hot, fresh and refilled constantly. I drove 30 minutes to get here and will happily do it again based on my experience today :)

Save yourself the headache and order carryout if you can. I called after ordering an hour ago and suddenly it was out for delivery. Food arrived an hour and a half after I ordered and was told they are understaffed and on a hiring freeze. Make that make sense. Dont waste your money here.

This location does have a lunch buffet. It is small but they kept it filled at all times and everything was exactly as you remember from long ago. There is no salad bar but you are given a side salad which exactly resembles the old salad bar salad. The servers were extremely nice. It’s a bit of a drive from Orlando but well worth it for the trip down memory lane. 5 stars
