This review is for Addy. When the store experienced a system issue. Addy stepped up to the plate insuring customers were taken care of. The manager told me he couldn’t do anything I had already paid and my order was ready but he refused to look inside of a box or at my order I was showing him on my phone . Addy handled the situation like a professional when leadership was lacking.

Told my son a few mins, had him pay, then waited 40mins by the register no updates until I came in and had them check when they discovered the order hadnt even been started. What if I hadnt had them actually check? Then they gave me the most shameful excuse for a pizza Ive ever seen. After having wiated and needing to leave I didnt bother to go back instead chose to reach out to the store manager tomorrow. The kid at the register was nice and I was kind and understanding of course. Kindness doesnt mean I should accept disrespect and thats what these pizzas say to me.

We always order delivery or pick up. This is not an eat-in restaurant, but carry out. We’ve been very pleased with the stuffed crust veggie pizza with extra cheese and mushrooms consistently.

I just moved recently to the area. Made a carryout order, when I got home pizza was made incorrectly. I called to make sure they didn't charge me for one thing and give me another. That was not the case, guy who took the order just didn't do it correctly. They made no offer to correct it, and being new to the area I'll make sure we never go back. Dominoes for me.

Ordered carryout, timing ok but the pizza was overbaked, which completely changed the cheese, crust and topping. Ate a couple pieces cause was so hungry but threw the rest away. I actually worked for Pizza Hut years ago and that pie was not up to standards. Very disappointed. Never go again.

I stay very close so I eat it enough but the staff is unfortunately slow and make a lot of mistakes. I can say almost half the time I order it was wrong and almost always takes to long. Seems to also be under staffed

Ever since Pizza Hut started using Door Dash their delivery is taking longer than expected and food is not as hot and fresh as should be. Very disappointed as it took almost 2 hours to get a pizza delivered. I have been going to this Pizza Hut since it opened and I’m very disappointed!

Failed to get our pizza at quotes delivery time plus allowing additional waiting an additional 20 minutes in case they were busy. After calling we were told the store attempted to call us to confirm the order. We never received a phone call. This is the second time we’ve had this experience with this store. I don’t understand why an online order needs to be confirmed?The food did arrive but was cold. Very poor experience.
The service was quick and the workers are awesome but the cooperation... $24 for one large supreme carry out!?! It was $14 just a couple of weeks ago. That outrageous price increase is going to make me call it on ordering for Pizza Hut.

I called. Come to find out it was the call center to order my pizza. That they totally screwed up. I mean bad. Also said you have garlic butter crust. Which you do not! I mean come on Pizza Hut. Then we have to go through door dash for delivery . That do not have our gate codes. The whole thing sucks! So they made the pizza I ordered. 2 hours later. Everyone was in bed and gave up on eating. Great job corporate great job!

I see reviews about how orders were messed up or not ready in time, but honestly I’ve eaten here dozens and dozens of times and have never gotten a bad pizza. The pizza here is (greasy, yes, but what did you expect?) really good. It’s definitely a place for takeout, but the location is very convenient if you need to pick up something from the store on the way home. Service is friendly and kind. Definitely recommend.
Parking: Because of the grocery store, there’s always parking around and you’re not going to be walking more than two minutes to get there from your parking spot.
