The customer service is terrible, the workers do not use gloves or hair bands, they walk around with loose hair to receive a 1-item meal, you wait more than 45 minutes and they still don't even serve you.

OMG 3/3/24 over an hour wait for a 4 pcs meals, which my 8 yr old daughter had to wait. i was told 15 mins, which turned out to be over an hour wait. after waiting an hour i was told that the pcs i wanted would be an additional 14mins. i would recommend eating at home. not worth the stress!!!!! :(. new manager is extremely important at this is a prime local.

The slowest restaurant ever I see. Doesn't have fried wings,chicken ,shrimps. All things you order online, you will wait inside for an additional 30 min.

Waited 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru when there is only one person ahead of me and they never even took his order so I went inside just to wait another 15 minutes with one person in front of me absolutely unacceptable will never go here and I left I won't even eat here cuz it takes him that long and there's that many people working and they can't handle their service I don't even want to talk about the food cuz I won't try it. Very disappointed leaving hungry and upset after wasting a half an hour for nothing.

Customer service is seriously lacking. Did not appear to be anyone in charge. Almost every table in the dinning room was dirty. Drink station was a mess, no tea, no straws. Food took 15 plus minutes to get, They messed up my order. Food was ok. Will not come back to this location.

I came here for pick up (doing side job UE). Was here for 30 minutes picking up after 6pm was horrid. The poor girl up front all by herself, mgr. Was less than enthusiastic about his job and slow as molasses. Almost appeared as no awareness of how long ppl waiting. The girl up front had to tell him twice for blackened with 20 minutes between each time because initially, what was supposed to be 3 to 5 minutes became 40. Had the delievery not pay so well I would of left after 7 minutes. They are lucky the customer understand how long it takes there and tipped so well. $32 16 miles 40 minutes.Never again unless a high tipper will I come here. This isn't the only Popeyes I've blacklisted. It's the 4th.In the words of Taylor Swift "Bad Reputation".

I stopped into Popeyes to get the famous chicken bc I was so hungry from a long day of work. Ordered a 24 piece nugget and a family size fries.Thinking it was going to be quick and I'd get my food within a reasonable time, that was far from it.Patiently looking at the baskets filled with chicken, I was hoping to eat sooner than later.Well, the cashier looked lost the whole time?? As if she was lacking training or work ethic? People were getting their food that came after me. I knew something was wrong.After waiting over 34 minutes to get what I was staring at this whole time before placing my order, I finally received it. Looking for napkins and utensils,there were none available.After pulling out into heavy, heavy, heavy, traffic, I got so hungry that I had to eat some of my fresh food.. It was then I realized that my fries were soggy, old tasting, my nuggets looked hard, dark as if it was laying in grease..I used the ONLY TWO NAPKINS Y'ALL GAVE ME HIDDEN INSIDE THE BAG?????Not again Popeyes!!
No one told me that it's the SPICY version of the chicken sandwich but now that I know, I have patroned the establishment more than never. It's a tasty little bite when I am on the go!

Worse service I’ve had in Clermont. Surprised this place is even open. Waited in the empty drive thru for 10mins to finally have someone ask me to order, when I did order the employee stated they didn’t have half of the things I wanted. Ordered shrimp combo. After playing $13 for this basic meal…. Took a bite into what tasted like fried toenail clippings aka (shrimp bits). Good thing the cocktail sauce had some flavor. Then proceeded to try my mashed potato with very light gravy, oh btw there were no utensils to eat it with…. Biscuit was dry, strawberry juice was ok and the strawberry biscuit I got on the side wasn’t terrible. All in all 1-5 star…… so much for top quality in Clermont ? probably not gonna eat there again.
