Ok went there for the Dogs. Had. A good jumbo Chilli cheese dog. Could of ate 2. The chocolate Strawbery Milkshake was awesome. I was really sad that the fries tasted like cardboard. What a bummer. This place has potential. Atmosphere is fun and inviting. Plenty of room.

Two stars- the hotdogs have issues with the casing being too thick. I used to go to the one in Chicago all the time and they were perfect. Ironically the ones in Dallas have this same casing problem. Their milkshake machine was also said to be down. Felt like I was in McDonalds trying to order a milkshake. Questionable on if Id return which is weird because I loved the one in Chicago but between the casing and the lack of milkshake- whats the point?

I grew up in Illinois portillo's out there is a lot better there cuz they get better beef and sausage the sausage was too salty and the beef was just okay I will not eat there again

Over priced. For extras. I got the sweet & hot peppers added to my Italian beef & sausage (9.69). Barely anything on it for what I paid. .98 per topping, so $1.98. for which I didn't even taste the sweet pepper. See pic. I should have gotten what my husband got, the Maxwell. Plus cheaper. And the Onions so not worth the price to quantity ratio. Got Large $5.19. once in a long while place to visit okay.
