I've lived in these apartments for over 12 years now. The management has been the same people that whole time and they're fantastic! A monthly newsletter gets sent out to keep everybody up to date. They send the maintenance crew (who are also great) quickly upon request. They even upgrade the apartments steadily so you don't end up living in a broken down shack.
It's a nice quiet neighborhood, and in my experience, it's even a safe place during hurricanes. I'm very happy I chose to move here so long ago.

Grand View Garden Homes is an excellent apartment complex. The presentation of the apartment is good. Everything, the painting, the kitchen area, the dinning, the bedrooms and living room are very clean and in amazing conditions. The staff are very respectful, responsable, specially Zeena, which is the lease agent who prepares everything for the move in date. The handyman’s are very respectful and diligent. The landscape are very well cared. It’s a quiet, calm neighborhood and it has laundry for a cheap cost. I’m confident that I’m in a well secured place and with caring personnel. Very grateful for everyone of them. Thank you!

Grandview Apts is a great place to live. I've been here 6yrs now and i love my beautiful sunrise views in the mornings. The staff is very friendly and always attend to your needs. Zeena and all maintanace are always helpful. The pool is resort style and very peaceful. I would highly recommend Grandview Apts if you are looking to move to Clermont area.
