Yummy custard and excellent customer experience. I loved the creative recommendation and opportunity to try new flavor profiles.

Love their custard! My go-to is usually the Gelati but I decided to try a Strawberry Banana Smoothie and it was delicious.

Friendly staff and delicious vegan/dairy free flavors! Also loved the kids meal ice cream options where they have gummy worms and Oreo crunch!

Your server Maddie was very polite and respectful towards me and my family give her a raise

Went in to order a birthday treat and tried the Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Sundae while we were there. Amazing!! The perfect dessert for fall weather, with tons of real pumpkin pie and cheesecake bites. We also ordered the Peanut Butter Mountain Pie for our birthday party and it was a huge hit! Mountain is completely the right word, we were all laughing in joy from the sight of so much delicious ice cream and peanut butter Reese's treats! Even with everyone having a double serving, we had plenty left for the weekend. The birthday boy said it was everything he wished for. Thank you Ritter's!

When I came to this place with my partner yesterday there was one girl working, her name was Ariana and she did AMAZING. She was very welcoming, quick in service and proficient in her work. Her communication was on point to what she was doing and needed to do, she was the captain of that ship. The place was clean, especially the glass separating us from the ice cream.

She was friendly and polite with conversation. When me and my partner came in, she apoligized and excused herself because she was re-stocking the ice-cream fridge. We told her it was alright and that she can take her time as needed. When asked, she gave me samples and explained what the TinRoof ice cream had in it and what it was. Then she gave us the milkshake we requested exactly how we wanted it!

I come to Ritter’s at least 2 times a month and it’s the best ever. The service is always so amazing no matter what. My favorite thing is the glacier , which is a thicker milkshake with mix ins of your choice. Definitely go to Ritter’s 🙏🙏🙏

Wonder and kind staff, excellent choices, loaded with toppings, lots of tasty treats. What more could you ask for! Many ice cream places around in Clermont and this is definitely at the top of my list!
