We attended a wine dinner. Service was excellent. Wines were good. First course smoked salmon crostini was delicious. However, next course: salad was pretty much a disaster. It was described as a Nicoise Salad but consisted of 1 baby endive leaf, some greens and half a hard boiled egg ( someone said it was deviled, NOT) I could taste no dressing. The palate cleanser was minuscule, served in a small class and a soup spoon to eat with. It was difficult to get to the food and it wasn't very good. The steak was fine , and the cream puff dessert was not a puff but the small piece of pastry squashed with whipped cream and some fruit. However, it was very good. We met the owner who seemed to be very invested in the restaurant. It was great that he introduced himself to us. Our first time here.
Food was very good. We all enjoyed our selections. Wait staff was very kind and accommodating. If we lived closer we would probably eat there regularly
Fabulous first experience! My wife had the onion soup with the house salad with grilled chicken and I had the pork chop in a pastry shell. She really enjoyed the soup and took the salad home (the soup filled her up). The pork pastry was one of the best entrees I ever had. With so many great sounding entrees it will be difficult to try anything else. And let's not forget the great cocktails, I had the old fashion and she had a key lime martini. I highly recommend you try this restaurant, you won't be disappointed.
We had a lovely brunch with 9 people and the staff at Root & Branch were accommodating and courteous with our reservation. The food was extremely enjoyable, the restaurant was clean and very nicely decorated. We felt comfortable and not rushed to leave. Our party was a success because of the service at Root & Branch. We highly recommend!
The restaurant was fairly empty when we got there at six thirty, we put our order but had to wait quite a while for first course, then it started getting busy an hour later..big parties started coming and out waiter took those..our main meal took a while to get, it was tasty but lacked volume..for the price we paid, it wasn't enough quantity..the dessert was great, the price was too much on all of it, it will be a while until I come back.
We were delighted by the great service provided by our server, his friendly attention made the meal even more enjoyable. This spot successfully blends a comfortable, family-friendly feel, making it great for any special outing. We highly recommend Root & Branch for a dining experience.
From the moment we walked in, the team at Root & Branch made us feel genuinely welcome. The staff was warm, attentive, and seemed to anticipate every need without ever being intrusive. The service was truly impeccable — the kind that elevates the entire dining experience and makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another table. It's rare to have this level of fine dining combined with a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. The food was nothing short of spectacular. Every dish delivered both in flavor and presentation, with plating that looked almost too beautiful to touch. Chefs David and George clearly bring an extraordinary level of passion and precision to their craft — their menu exceeded every expectation and set a new, hard-to-beat standard for fine dining in this area. And I can't forget to mention the drinks — the Buffalo Trace “Old Classic” has officially become my new favorite cocktail. Perfectly balanced, rich, and smooth, it complemented the evening flawlessly. Root & Branch has mastered the art of combining refined cuisine with genuine hospitality. It's a place where every detail feels intentional and every bite memorable. Without question, this is one of Central Florida's standout dining experiences
Root and Branch is our favorite restaurant. Great food, great service, great wine selection. The owners really care and are wonderful friendly people. We enjoyed there monthly wine dinners. The food is amazing had a great selection of wines picked to complement the food. If you have not attended one. You should give it a try. You wont regreted.
I really wanted to plan an event at Root & Branch, but unfortunately their communication made it impossible. I reached out multiple times, both by phone and email, and even spoke with the manager in person. Each time I was told someone would follow up, but I didn't hear back. One time, the executive chef did call me and left a voicemail inviting me to call back. I did — several times — but received no further response. The food here is good, but if you’re considering them for an event, I would caution you to be aware of how unresponsive they are. Consistent follow-through is essential for event planning, and unfortunately that just wasn’t my experience.
We come here every single weekend and this is by far the best restaurant in Clermont. From the food to the service, you can’t go wrong. A DEFINITE must-try.

I'm happy because I found a teacher who helped me with my love problems with my husband and everything is going very well. Whoever wants his WhatsApp number, write to me and I'll send it to you. Or search for Dr Adoda on google.
Lovely restaurant. We will be back. Enjoyed brunch. Wish they had coffee options like latte and espresso. Full bar was being enjoyed by others!
The food was absolutely delicious and our server Ambar was phenomenal!!!! We will definitely be going back to dine in again!!!
A jewel of dining experience in Clermont. Beginning with a friendly welcome, the service and quality of food was top notch.
Unfortunately the restaurant did not live up to what I was recommended. We booked for Father's Day. Brunch menu was mediocre server was not attentive saw her maybe three times during the meal. Two meals were cold onions were raw woth breakfast potatoes. Two meals were ice cold. The brie was not melted. The toast was not multigrain as described, as well as as rockhard. The house made potato chips were not cooked through raw in spots. The waitress did not check on food just came as we were finished to see if we wanted desert. I was truly disappointed as the restaurant seemed promising. Felt like I could have had a better meal at a chain breakfast place and we wanted something more local and small business.
