Our service was exceptional and the food tasty. Our crab cakes were light and well seasoned. And the onion soup is some of the best I've ever had. But the ambiance, which I thought was a bit nicer from the photos online, leaves something to be desired. The lights were too bright giving it a cafeteria feel and one customer even had a leg propped up on a chair like he was at home. Sadly no injury was obvious when he stood to leave. This is a lovely restaurant. Service was excellent. Food was very good. Steak cooked perfectly and tasted wonderful. Pork Chop huge and was excellent as well. Sides were great. Service was very intentional and every request was fulfilled with a smile.
We had a lovely dinner here while on vacation, and I would go back again if in the area because I am a fan of farm-to-table fare, and I really think they are very close to achieving a next-level dining experience. We had reservations, yet we were seated right by the door - not something I normally expect when having a reservation. The pork Belly Lollipops were decadent perfection. I ordered the Korean BBQ Salmon, and while it was cooked perfectly, it fell a little flat for me....
