The food was good, but it was very loud on a Friday night! We had been there before and not experienced this. Glad they are doing a great business, but the ambience wasn’t what we had known or expected.
Today I visited for the first time ever and I must say the restaurant is beautiful inside. I came here believing they had Shrimp and grits but apparently its seasonal. This should be updated on their website. The service was phenomenal and I appreciate the attention to detail. Now as far as the food is concerned I will say I was a bit disappointed on the flavor side. We ordered the fried green tomatoes (most flavorful) and were cooked perfectly but lightly seasoned, excellent...
We went for lunch and ordered the crab cakes which were very good. For our second course we ordered the Dunkin Sailor not a fan. The 3 scallops were under cooked n the sauce had no taste. This is an expensive appetizer and very disappointing. We ordered the bread pudding for dessert..tall, dry bread with lovely blueberries on top not a fan. Our server was lovely but for the top dollar prices we were disappointed overall.
