Ruby Tuesday has some good deals if you are on their email list. The food is decent most of the time. If there is a problem, they will fix it. Benjamin Moore is The Great Bartender!

- not greeted at door and 3 employees walked right by us and didn’t even have the courtesy to say “welcome, someone will be with you shortly.” We stood there for a while before anyone even came to greet us. - never got a single refill - steak was terrible - Waitress literally forgot one plate and then after I asked when the rest of my party finished eating, she then said oh the kitchen burned it. So had to wait again to get a new plate cooked. - asked for ranch and she forgot that too. I had to go get some myself from the salad bar.
It would be in your best interest to go elsewhere.
Today during our visit we were seen by 3 employees and waited about 20 min before someone came to greet us and sit us. We were a family of 4 and 3 of us ordered steak and ribs and my husband a burger. Our steaks were sour and had a weird taste, my husband’s burger was burnt and had to be made again and we never got refills for our drinks, ranch or anything we asked for. We asked to speak to a manager and he took 25 minutes for him to be able to come and talk to us. We waited another 20 minutes for the ticket. Really bad experience and the worst thing… it wasn’t busy at all, only 3 families. Worst experience I’ve had.

The entrance was awful we wait 31 min to be seated when the restaurant was empty, 3 employees pass by and did not even say good evening. The food was very bad, sour stake and again waited for another 45 min for services. Very bad service in this restaurant!!!!we never revived a refill on top of everything!!!! Bad bad bad

Where do I even start. To begin with this restaurant needs a serious update. From the moment we walked in the place reeked of pee. The walls are peeling, the flooring is gross. But beyond that I went for the salad bar, on a Wednesday at around 130 and online the restaurant advertised that Wednesdays until 4 the salad bar is 7.99. Not here! Waitress looked at me like I had 4 heads and I was charged 12.99. The plates for the salad bar are ridiculously small so you can’t even reasonably get the toppings on and the blue cheese dressing had a yellow tint to it. My husband and I were the only people in the entire restaurant under the age of 70. My husband ordered a triple garlic smash burger which in the picture looked great. What he got brought out to him looked to be just as old as the clientele. It wasn’t more than 2in tall all 3 patties and toppings included. For $14! It was so small he ate it in 3 bites. For those extremely poor excuses for food plus 2 sodas we spent $45! Insane. I’ll never be back and I suggest you don’t either!
