Went in for the Banh mi, they do something amazing with the hoagies! Super crispy skin on the bun, light and airy on the inside. juicy meat, great balance between bread, meat, and veggies. The pho was smelling pretty amazing, so I ordered a bowl of that, too! The meats were so tender and juicy, the broth was light, and flavorful, again, the veggies were nice and fresh.

Tried the hot taro tea and it is my favorite. There's not many stores that offer that option so I enjoyed it. My husband got the sunshine butterfly tea he stated it was okay. The only thing luckily I press down on the lid after I got it because it wasn't closed all the way or else that would have been a hot mess..... literally. It's a little cold outside so when we went inside the stores felt very warm because I don't think they have the AC on so it was a little uncomfortable while waiting for our drinks there was only one person working at the moment.

The food is excellent. We ordered noodle soup, grilled meat and shrimp noodle bowl, curry, and salted coffee. Everything is fresh, flavorful and delicious. The staff is friendly and professional. Overall, we had a great experience and will visit again.

Saigon Fresh is amazing! The pho is super fresh and flavorful, the bánh mì sandwiches are perfect, and the spring rolls are so light and tasty. Their boba drinks hit the spot every time, but the crème brûlée Vietnamese coffee is next-level — so creamy and delicious! Definitely my new go-to for Vietnamese food.
Delicious bahn mi - had the special combination pork which did not disappoint. Lots of flavor, many veggies and the bread was soft and fresh! Everyone was so friendly and the menu has so many things I want to try next. Also they do have alternative milks (Almond, Oat, Coconut) for boba so excited to try next time. Will be back for sure.

Their Banh Mi sandwiches are top tier. Super fresh and delicious. Their boba teas are great and not overly sweet but have a ton of subtle and bold flavors with lots of different options. I haven't tried their vermicelli bowls or their pho that they have on select days of the week. But we come here about once a week so we will explore all of their options. Lin is a great host, chef, and owner. We love this spot and recommend it to everyone we meet and speak to in the area.
