This spot is legit! Had to get approval from my Dominican manita and she approved of the authenticity of the food. We will be back.

I love Santiago’s and I’ve been a local to Davenport/clermont for a long time! The food is always freshly made, and they give good portions as well. You can’t go wrong with Latin food, and Santiago’s never lacks in flavor of all the traditional foods I grew up eating. However I’m taking off one star because I purchased food inside the restaurant today and I noticed that when you cash out using Apple Pay they automatically add a tip and the cashier intentionally swipes past the option to adjust your tip or decline entirely, which is OUR choice not there’s.. I canceled out at the register in hopes to get back to the tip screen and I saw they added a 18% tip without my consent, granted my total wasn’t much.. and the tip didn’t increase it entirely. So I wasn’t going to fight it. However it’s WRONG. And they do it so casually! SO once again FYI when you come in store to purchase your food they are intentionally and automatically adding a tip, like I said I watched the cashier twice and she sped past the tip screen not even giving me a chance to decide if i want to tip or not. So I am removing 1 star and truthfully I don’t know now that I’ll come as often because of this despite the food is great.

Food is delicious, quick and the price for how much you get is awesome. It’s definitely a go to place with a lot of options. Side note- it’s hard for us to find gluten free quick food so this is definitely my husband favorite spot. He also can’t speak Spanish but they are always friendly here, thank you.

We visit frequently almost daily and everyone is so nice and the food is fantastic and you have to try the ribs cause the taste is awesome and so soft and we now met the owners and they are very friendly people 🙏 God bless their business and everyone who works there because they all nice 😊

Food is good! Sometimes yellow rice is mushy. But otherwise definitely recommend.

The BOGO Uber eats promotion is a SCAM. I never got my free meal and when I called Julissa told me I should have selected the meal twice in order to get one free; however when I would add the meal it would charge me for 2 meals and not discount one of the meals. If is BOGO just give your customers the free meal as advertised, no additional loop holes should be needed. I ordered the rice, pernil and black beans. The pork was good, but the beans looked and tasted plain and looked like can beans without seasoning. I will not be returning nor recommending this restaurant to anyone.
