I came in this morning and ended up waiting 12 minutes in the drive-thru just to get told my order wasn’t ready. The girl at the window explained she was the only one there until 9:30, apologized, and offered a discount. She was clearly overwhelmed. This isn’t a onetime thing either because it’s the fourth or fifth time I’ve come and she’s been alone during the morning rush and I’ve been late to work because of it. I’ve worked in fast food before, and this kind of staffing is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location because of it.

I ordered two 20 oz smoothies on Friday 9/26 at 5:10 PM. Pulled to the window and there was a sign stating that you get a 32 oz smoothie for the price of a 20 oz smoothie on Fridays. Why would the cashier not inform me of that when ordering?

Terrible environment here and such a bummer because the quality of the ingredients are great. I would much rather go to a Smoothie King than the competitors but the lack of customer service is unbelievable. Walking in and being stared at with an expressionless face, and then being ignored when trying to purchase additional items. The employees actually saw me waiting at the register and walked into the back together. This location has cameras visible from the front counter so I could actually see them intentionally hiding from having to do their job. Unreal. Will not return.

First and last time I will order smoothie king through the drive thru ! There was so many chunks of ice and chunks of chocolate in my hulk. Seems like they rush to get it done and don't do it right!!!!!

I love smoothies and where else to get your smoothies than from Smoothie King...its been quite sometime has passed and I missed you so much!!! Literally had to drive a long way to get a Smoothie in Clermont..can you consider coming down between thee Haines City & Davenport area on US 27? We have plenty of space and they are literally building up this place. Lots of new apt complexes coming up and homes 🏡 sure we have some eateries here but we can sure use a Smoothie King!!! This location can serve Davenport, Haines City, Dundee, Lake Wales, Auburndale, Lake Alfred, and Winter Haven!!! Thats 7 different areas of Polk in one destination!!! You will surely strive in this location. We are in dire need so please consider our location!! Thanks for reading...you won't regret it!!!
