The hours posted are 9pm closing time. It's currently 8:26pm and they are fully shut down already. The hours need to be updated or they need to stay open and serve customers.

I want to start by saying the staff at this Starbucks have always been friendly and the store itself is well located. However, I’ve had multiple visits where a strong, persistent odor inside the café made it very difficult to sit, work, or even stay for my drink.

I understand this is a sensitive situation and I don’t want to single out or shame anyone, but the smell has been overwhelming enough that I’ve stopped coming to this location altogether. I truly believe this store would be a great place to spend time if this issue were addressed.

I hope management can find a compassionate solution that keeps the space comfortable for all customers and staff.

I don’t usually write reviews but I have to this time. Everytime I come in to get my coffee I’m always greeted by Lanie and it makes my whole morning better. Everytime she is there I know my coffee is going to taste great. She is exactly the type of vibe I want to start my morning with.

I'm only a rare Starbucks customer. No big complaints about their products or anything, but I just plain can't afford it unless I have gift cards. But, today, a Saturday morning no less, I was very impressed with the drive-thru SERVICE. The long car line moved very quickly. The lady taking my order at the kiosk was very well-mannered, and spoke clearly and with enthusiasm. And, while I awaited one of my items at the window, the worker named Matthew was super nice. He genuinely seemed interested in asking about how my day was going so far, and made eye contact for a real dialogue. Don't see that as much these days.

SB started a contest so if you ordered anything before 11am for 3 days in a row you would earn 35 points, 4 days would earn 55 points. Today was day 3 but I realized I never hit “start”. So disappointed. But the next day there were my 35 points. Thank you Starbucks mgmt. Thank you Starbucks IT for programming around human failure.

Simon saved out night! My wife was craving the OG Carmel apple cider and was waiting all year for it. upon ordering it, DIon explained that Starbucks discontinued the offering. She was so devastated. Dion signaled to his co-worker SImon about what we were wanting and Simon stepped up to offer his ability to replicate it using the box apple juice sold in the cooler. We were willing to give it a try. It was that or nothing. Simon delivered it to a 'T'. The flavor was exactly what we remembered. He steamed it, added carmel, whip and waaa-laa!

Quick service by the attentive staff, drive through line was long so I went in to the store and was served right away, I ordered three drinks which were made promptly and was given a drink holder for ease.

This Starbucks is always out of pumpkin. Whoever orders their inventory SUCKS. Also when you get cold foam it’s always either half the cup or almost none. Drinks are never consistent. Staff needs better training and wait times are too long. The espresso tastes burnt a lot of the time here. I hate this location.
