She didn’t do it right i show her what I want she made it again and she did it totally wrong I ask her if she can re do it again she inhale and exhale and I told her so sorry to annoy you she redo my crappy job and did everything in a bad way/mood i end up throwing away the second drink that she make and throw away at the Starbucks garbage you guys can see it on there didn’t throw the first drink that she make so I told her I don’t like at all is strong and I don’t drink mocha neither coffee but is okay iont like how she react and make my drink awful costumer service from her part, I worked 4 years in costumer service and I know for a fact that she will not feel comfortable if I woulda treat her and give her the same treatment that she give me. The costumer is always right either way we know that for a fact. But I was right cause that is not what I ask for. Thank I was just there 10min ago.

I just sat down to plug in my laptop and the store was not too busy. Young girl, barista, did her lobby check to clean tables and approached me to ask did I need help, and was I going to order anything. If not, she quickly said that the seating is reserved for patrons which is true. Not even 2 minutes in the store. This is unacceptable as not even enough time to get setup and order from my phone. I guess this store lost my business for the day.

I do not recommend this Starbucks, bad service, the coffees were prepared differently than how I ordered them. I asked for 3 breakfasts and they gave me 4 and they did not want to accept the return or refund the money. In short, very bad service.

Love my Starbuck Batista's. They are always welcoming and attentive.
If your Starbucks is wrong, at another location, and you bring it here, They refuse to fix it. They literally go against the barista promise. All they care about is how fast they can pre-close and there isn’t any consistency with drinks.

Took 15 minutes for our 2 drinks to come out. Employees would not let us use our own cups, even though Starbucks is all about not using single-use plastic, and we have done this at other locations. They told us that we have to use Starbucks cups. So I feel like this place only wants us go spend money on their stuff.

After a long overnight shift at the ER I was on my way to school with practically no sleep. I saw my favorite home Starbucks and decided it was worth being 5 mins late for. Well to top off the morning my card declined in the drive thru. I was only getting a coffee and was just about to cancel my order and the employee handed me my drink and told me not to worry about it. I haven't received this kind of compassion from somebody in a long time. I was about ready to just not go to class because it was becoming such a bad day and my anxiety was crazy. He insisted not to worry, didn't make me feel bad or anything..! Now Starbucks gets a lot of my dollars so it was just really nice to feel the love in return. I insisted I could take a minute to get out of line and find another card but he honestly was so sincere about not worrying about it. I about cried to school but I made it and I aced my test. It's truly the little things in life that make you or break you. I wish I got this kind mans name. (May 23rd at about 145pm)
