While in vacation I got sick and needed the citrus, honey mint tea 🍵 and this location was minutes from my hotel. The barista was friendly and helpful. She made sure I scanned the app for points. My tea was delicious and hot! This location has a walk up window or you can use te drive through.

12 minute wait time in an alomst empty cafe for a frappe. The order was mixed up and the sizings where wrong. The Frappe tasted differently than usual, as if the blend was made with other i gredients than what is normal. My drink was blended together with other drive through drinks, so there might have been some customizations on their part affecting my drink.

I have no complaints about the service, the only thing that bothered me was that the coconut milk is very light and it is very difficult to mix it with the coffee. I asked an employee who is Puerto Rican but does not speak Spanish for a little more milk and she wanted to charge me $4 more and that had never happened to me at any Starbucks and I am a frequent customer.

Who the hell offers spit-laced lattes & spit-laced hot chocolate to customers??? My tongue felt what felt like phlegm while drinking these - it was NOT syrup, there’s a difference. These beverages automatically ended up where they belong (image below).
Although the drive-thru attendant was sweet, Whoever made these should be fired!!!
