Very kind and warm baristas. I just wanted to tell that drinks you make in comparison to Downtown disney star bucks are day and night. I had same drink made downtown and said to myself “ hm there’s no soul or any joy put in that one.” I barely go but I will for this drink. I just saw other bad reviews. Bad drinks happen and we learn from mistakes. Don’t let that stop you from giving them a second chance. I would not like if someone just stopped talking to me from one mistake I mare. We only human.

Amazing customer service . I went in here to get matcha and I mentioned to someone how I didn’t like it and they over heard me . Minutes later and server named Dre come up to us and apologized for the drink and brought two new drink that were way better. This attentiveness is needed in custom Service . Thank you again for showing up.

Got four drinks. The pink drink was a venti pink drink with no inclusions and light coconut milk. They took it back and dumped some out and put water. We could tell because the ice was gone and the drink tasted watery. The two venti black tea lemonade sweetened. They had no lemonade. Again took them back and poured some out and added lemonade leaving no ice. The guy at the window was very nice but the girl who was making the drinks was not happy about fixing the drinks which was obvious since the way they were done

Truthfully I was going to this location for about a year because it was convenient to my drive to work, in the beginning staff were kind. But now, all the new staff l will never go back here again, beyond rude and did not feel welcomed at all! Thank goodness for the Starbucks that opened on 192 that has AMAZING staff and the drinks are always made perfect!

Horrible experience. Got the new mochi salted caramel strato frappe with oat milk and extra caramel drizzle. They initially didn’t add extra caramel so I mentioned that. She took the cup back and the barista drenched my frappe in caramel sauce….she handed the cup back to me and I just laughed because I couldn’t believe that she would actually think that my drink was presentable….she was blunt and offered no accommodations…just looked at me and I guess waiting for me to drive off…Another thing, I’m lactose intolerant and about ten mins after sipping the frappe my stomach was upset so I know for a fact that they overlooked the request for oat milk and added whole milk…I’m extremely disappointed and would be avoiding this Starbucks from now on.

My kids and I have started a tradition. On our birthdays we go and get a special drink and treat. The employees I have met here are so warm and happy. They make us feel welcomed and we really do enjoy our little tradition at this place.
