Paying 6 to 7$ for a ham and Swiss panini, I would hope to the cheese would be on the panini. But nope, cheese all over the inside of the bag. No cheese in sight on the sandwich. I know these things are premade and just heated up but damn it like someone Shook the crap out of this bag. Like the sandwich owed money or something

Had a rough morning and to change the trajectory of my day, decided to get a drink and go shopping a bit.
I didn't catch the baristas name but she was wearing a mask and had colourful hair, she was so sweet and complimented my two tone hair too.
I told her she made my day better, I hope she has a good day.

Placed a mobile order for the drive-through, worker kept telling me to pull around the drive-through when I was already at the window because corporate was on them about times …. They also fill my drink up with ice every time I ask for light ice.

We just had the best customer service experience through the driveway. I stopped coming to Starbucks for three months and today they win us back! We had the server Matthew, we were ordering three drinks. However, my husband wants to try something different. My husband asked, “Matthew what do you have new? Matthew was able to suggest a strong coffee with an extra shot of espresso. He was not rushing my husband and was so happy and we thought we were in Chick-fil-A. Wow, great customer service Matthew!

My daughter likes to come here and get her açai refresher. She likes the cake pops and so many other things. I really enjoy a grande caramel macchiato. The service is pretty good. They are really accommodating and kind. Sometimes I think that they are very busy because the new emphasis is on to go and drive-through but with the recent push for free refills on basic coffee drink drinks with the dine in experience I think it’s a good balance. I like this location in Claremont a little bit better than the one next to Chick-fil-A because it’s a lot easier to park at this one. The other location is a little more challenging to park at because of all the Chick-fil-A traffic.

At 1010 AM, we went in and stood there 10 min, and no one acknowledged us. So we didn't order. Acknowledgment is a hugh part of your business. They had no problem greeting the younger customers that came in.. we won't be back
