I placed a mobile order on 9/22 at about 845. It was odd because it said it would be ready for pickup in 30 minutes and it’s never that long
The drive thru was not busy and going quickly
When I walked in the staff was in a frenzy and there were several people waiting. One lady said she had been waiting along time and she was clearly irritated
After several minutes I had to leave because I had an appointment
I was not going to be able to wait the 30 minutes as quoted in the app. I am there every Sunday at the same time and my drinks are always ready on time
I don’t like walking about empty handed and not getting what I paid for.

I love this location and will drive out of my way to go here. However, today I placed a pick up order, went to the speaker and said "I have a mobile order" to which 30 seconds later the extremely rude man child responds "just take your time then I guess". I then repeated that I was picking up an order to then receive more attitude. I've never had an issue at this location until today, it was just totally unnecessary.

So I use my RV to go around the country and I love to eat out and explore new places. Nice spot to stop and grab a drink. Chairs are comfy and service was good.

Placed an order online and arrived to pick it up, the large iced shaken espresso was half full, I asked if that was supposed to be that way, and the lady said she would take care of it, she proceeded to just put more ice in the cup, why pay $7.00 for a coffee that is all ice??? Ive had this drink many times and it has never been like this, needless to say we will not be returning to this location. Paying that much for 1 coffee it better be coffee and not all ice, so disappointed in Starbucks! The picture attached is just to show all the ice that was put in to fill it up to the top after asking why the cup was half empty.

I regret tipping every time order a black iced coffee takes 2 seconds to make no sugar no milk they rather they focus on drive thru no customers inside woman made the drink and put it by the drive thru section i told them im in a rush watching my coffee sit at the drive thru line if there was an option to reverse tip id press it .
