We just had the best customer service experience through the driveway. I stopped coming to Starbucks for three months and today they win us back! We had the server Matthew, we were ordering three drinks. However, my husband wants to try something different. My husband asked, “Matthew what do you have new? Matthew was able to suggest a strong coffee with an extra shot of espresso. He was not rushing my husband and was so happy and we thought we were in Chick-fil-A.

My daughter likes to come here and get her açai refresher. She likes the cake pops and so many other things. I really enjoy a grande caramel macchiato. The service is pretty good. They are really accommodating and kind. Sometimes I think that they are very busy because the new emphasis is on to go and drive-through but with the recent push for free refills on basic coffee drink drinks with the dine in experience I think it’s a good balance. I like this location in Claremont...

I didn't catch the baristas name but she was wearing a mask and had colourful hair, she was so sweet and complimented my two tone hair too.
