I wanted to treat myself with a sub. I am a widow now so I have to be frugal with my money. I got a page of coupons in the mail, brought one of their foot long subs for $6.99 coupons and the clerk told me it had been previously used. No way, since I tore it off the page of coupons. I was so annoyed, but said, I’ll pay the higher rate. I guess that extra few dollars was more important to them than being nice to a customer. I’ll never go there again.

Ordered online came in 10 mins after app said food was ready, not only was food no where to be found, but I had to wait 15 mins to talk to someone about it because they were busy. They were very unprofessional about the situation, they never made my order but the app said it was ready. I was late to work and docked points. This online system is horrible and employees need to be retrained. I made sure to wait an extra 10 mins after app said food was ready so I had tine to leave work, pick up my order right away and eat my lunch!!!!!! Nit only did I not get to eat my lunch but I was 15 mins late to work causing me to be reprimanded.

For the first time I can say my sub was horrible I asked for extra mayo hit barely any mayo. The meat was not fresh and the roll was hard it was tasteless and disgusting I will not return and the establishment should be ashamed….

I'm 60 Plus. I've had a lot of Subway subs in my life. This was by far the cleanest, best run, and organized Subway I've ever been to. I didn't get the sub for myself but my wife. Wife. And she said it was very good, above average for Subway. Highly recommend
