You walk in and the girls are all playing with their hair and then they want to make a sandwich with no gloves on Every time I go here on the weekend it sucks. Today I walk in a brunette just got done helping a customer and she stands at the register. I'm standing there for like 2 minutes. Finally a blonde comes out of the back. Ask me what I want. I said I have a footlong then she's like hold on a minute and goes back into the back. I'm waiting there 3-4 minutes then the brunette comes out. What would you want instead of footlong? And she says oh wait a minute and if she walks into the back I waited there for another minute and then I was like the hell. With this I'll go to Publix and get a real sub. Customer service on the weekends sucks

We catering from this Store, all sandwiches were well prepared, fresh, nicely packed and customized as per our request, I would like to use this location for future catering orders. Store owner Bipinbhai was so helpful.
Vegetarian options: They will prepare food as per our dietary requirement, like Swaminarayan / Jain.

Bad and getting worse. Product quality has varied, but tonight I had the worst excuse for a sub sandwich from our local Subway that I have ever had. Bread very stale and ingredients were pathetic. Looks like we are done with Subway.

Don't get ripped off! The girl working rang up my order then added a tip for herself when I went to pay. Then she took it off and added an extra amount AGAIN as I went to pay again. She then lied saying it would only charge the amount she said. So rude and stupid! Only go here if you want to pay hidden costs and get a sandwich that is mostly bread. Horrible place and workers.

This was my first order from this location. I ordered a turkey sub and a chocolate chip cookie. The sub was good, everything was fresh. The cookie, however, was stale. You could tell by the smell, or the lack thereof, that the cookie was a few days old.
Based on my experience, I assume this is a franchise and not a corporate store because corporate stores bake their cookies fresh every day. It's obvious the owners don't throw away food that's past it's expiration date.

I ordered 2 subs online, asking to PLEASE put the sauces in a container, NOT on the sandwich. When I picked the sandwiches up, I asked if the sauces were in the bag, was told they were on sandwiches. Told her I requested them on the side. She told me they don't see the comments until after sandwiches are made...REALLY? Then why have a comments section? She asked if I wanted them remade. I said yes. She remade them, threw them in a bag and put them on the shelf for pick up, never saying a word to me. Of course she gave very LITTLE sauce for the sandwiches and very little meat or cheese. She was very unfriendly, cold and heartless. Didn't get her name, but she had dark hair in two braids. She needs a job NOT dealing with the public. Absolutely NO customer service skills!!!
The customer service sucked they were making my food and another person's food at the Sametime with the same gloves. When we asked to keep our food separate from his they had a huge problem and started cussing us out because they don't understand contamination
y’all need to update your hours of operation why is your door closed at 8:35 when you have online you close at 9… make it make sense and it’s not the first time this has happened
Be prepared to wait at minimum 20 mins every time you come here. They usually have one person working in the evenings doing mobile orders and taking care of customers that walk in the store. She is very slow at making sandwiches. She is apologetic but it’s always a long wait here.

This place was decent but had some problems . First there was only one working bathroom and the soda machine ? was out of orders (probably should get that fixed) the parking is big so you will have no problem finding a spot . The customer service was nice and professional and they made my sandwich ? very quick. I got the cold call cut combo. The atmosphere inside is nice and can it’s very clean . The one working ? bathroom was a little messy so hopefully they clean it more then once a day. All in all my lunch was very good and I wouldn’t watch hear again . They just need to fix a few things .Thank so much

I understand after a long day at work. Having a customer come in at almost closing time is a bit frustrating. However having worked in the service industry we always say take care of the customer. The young man be hide the counter was not very friendly. Pretty much said take you business else where. Having all the the meats and veggies still out and front door still open He refused to help with my 2 basic subs . Worker stated we are closed and I can not help you. As I walked out he came be hide me and locked the door. Needless to say I will not be choosing this subway again.
Very friendly sandwich artist! Good customer service! Plus they have veggie patties (LOVE IT) ! because many subway businesses are not putting that option on their menu! ?
