The person taking my order got my sandwich wrong and sadly I didn't notice until I got back home as I was occupied with my family. I requested no salami and American cheese instead of provolone. He even repeated it back to me as he was making it. Neither changes happened and he continued to goof off with his coworker. Please pay attention more when working, it would be much appreciated

Order a Buffalo chicken sandwich. I normally do not have any issues at this location. Whoever made this sandwich clear gave no _ _ _ _ _. Where is the meats, where is the Buffalo sauce. Do better

Oh my God the owner of these business must take care of it quickly due the staff is ruining their business. What a horrible and nasty experience with the staff there, they treat you like garbage, I don’t know how they offer a service with such a poor customer skills. Please stay away

The worst experience I have had since I lived here, in the worst Subway I have visited. This happened today at 11:15 in the morning at the Cagan Crossing Subway. The most unpleasant, vulgar and disrespectful employees!!!! They are in this place.

This Subway does not disappoint. Best I’ve been to, the manager and staff are amazing people. The food is always good and consistent and their service is of the same. Highly recommend stopping by and getting your favorite sandwich here!

PLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING THIS PLACEThis happened sometime ago, but didn’t write a review because I was sickI got my food thrown to the trash after asking for my bread to be toasted.The lady was FURIOUS when I asked her if she could built my sandwich a little slower I didn’t even get the chance to ask for it to be toasted.I asked her if she had a superior because I was feeling nervous by the whole situation as she was ANGRY, almost felt she was shaking of rage in front of me.When she threw my food to the trash I said that I was sorry I didn’t want to come out rude as I just got out of a visit on the urgent care next to it and really I just needed a toasted sandwich.She replied: “Thank you for the apologies please come back another time I don’t want to make a sandwich for you today, neither my employees will I’m the manager”

I ordered a 6" sandwich. When I opened it to eat it, all I saw was 2 tiny pieces of roast beef & the rest was the add ons. It was the worst sandwich I've ever had at this location. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

The place was clean but the guy who was working here treated us horribly. He threw our bread and ingredients around like he didn’t care and treated us with such a disgusting manner. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. I enjoy subway but if every time i want to eat at one I get treated with disrespect i will not be eating here again.

Credit where credit is due… I don’t like the fact this review represents my overall opinion of this location… only due to past order calamities. I’m thinking back on those jacked-up orders where I ended up saying “I should have listened to myself, stayed home and made something…”.I gave the hit/miss rollercoaster experiences some time to settle out before reviewing, but this last online-app order experience on 11/21/23~8pm was FIRE (“extremely good” if ebonics illiterate)!!!I don’t know if this A+ order was due to the individual, who made the perfect sandwich (balanced meats, toppings, condiments throughout the entire sandwich and the ends perfectly curved to keep everything locked inside until the final bite [flashback “mmm” moment btw]), or overall training but I’m almost suspect on going back in fear the next order won’t measure up.Whatever, it’s worth the chance the next time I’m in the mood… so much so that this one order pretty much made up for my past “shame on myself for trying this place again” experiences.This latest order earned a 5-star review across the board… that’s for this employee that worked that night. Hopefully the overall establishment maintains this rating and doesn’t force me to delete or demote.I just couldn’t find another way to leave a review for this order… no receipt-review for a free cookie or something, but I had to leave something somewhere surrounding this excellent order… 2-subs expertly made. That’s some serious pride in what you do… I don’t know her name that worked that evening, but keep it up gurl!!!! Manager/owner… I don’t know this person and this review is 100% genuine (feel free to fact check me) keep her happy… pay/schedule/wtvr within reason, she’s doing right by this location and the company in a whole I believe. I was a work road warrior (20+ yrs) and had Subway in many cities. This order was commercial status and the best of all time… she’s my Subway G.O.A.T!!! Corporate office, please recognize this employee asap if you read this.
