They allow dogs (not handicapped service animals) in this store. Went to grab a sub and there was a dog on the opposite side of the glass where the employee makes the food.
On December 10, 2025, I called this Subway at 7:25 PM. I wanted to place a DoorDash order, but wanted to ask if they still had a certain bread available. They declined and hung up my phone call 3 times. As a food service employee, I understand being busy, however hanging up on a customer who you could have easily placed on hold is unacceptable and a bad business practice. I will not be ordering due to the sheer disrespect and unprofessionalism, and my restaurant will never trade with/nor order from them! How sad, Subway has been declining, and locations like this push that narrative further. I will be contacting the corporate office. Hire better staff!

Terrible experience at this Subway location. The service is awful, the ingredients are poor quality, and the sandwich came with almost no filling — practically nothing. The bread also tasted old.
This was my second time visiting, and I decided to give them another chance, but the experience was just as bad. I won’t be returning. It’s a shame to see such a well-known franchise offering such poor service.

On Tuesday, December 2nd, 2025 at approximately 9:00pm I stopped at this location and was served by a male employee who did not greet and seemed to be upset. I kindly asked the employee for three sandwiches, which one of the breads appeared burnt” Italian herb and cheese bread.” I asked the male employee nicely if there’s any chance he could provide me with a different bread as I observed it on the shelf and he told me no. I assumed he was playing and asked again if he could switch the breads and he told me, “no, he has other crap to do.” I then said excuse me that is not good customer service and he replied, “sometimes a customer needs to be told no. The employee did not put anything on my sandwich at all and could’ve switched the bread. He then yelled and stated he was not going to serve me and through my sandwiches away. I am very upset because I tip every employee including him 5 to 10 every time I go and I’m a regular customer. That is unacceptable. He kept yelling and arguing with me.

I’ve given this Subway location two chances, and both times were a complete disappointment. The first visit, my sandwich had barely any meat—it was honestly embarrassing how skimpy it was. I figured maybe it was just an off day, so I tried again and even paid for 50% more meat. What a joke. It looked no different than the first order.
If you’re paying extra, you expect to actually get what you’re paying for. Unfortunately, this location seems to cut corners and doesn’t care about quality or consistency. I won’t be back.

A male employee working November 4th at 6pm was very rude, he completed 6 mobile order footlong subs with ear buds in his ears and didnt even acknowledge us as we waited for one 6 inch sub to be made, he did not have a name badge. We ended up leaving without our sandwich. Very unprofessional

This is the closest Subway to my house, and it’s just a typical Subway experience. It’s nothing extraordinary, but I’ve never felt compelled to avoid this particular location. However, there are a few areas where they could improve. One issue is the cleanliness of the dining area. I’ve been to this location over 30+ times, and I’ve never seen an employee tidying up or cleaning the dining area. It’s sometimes messy. Another thing I’d like to see is the return of Sweat Tea. It was a popular drink here, and I miss it. Lastly, the employees could be more friendly. I’ve noticed one employee mumbling under his breath when he’s upset with an order quantity. Also, it seems like online orders take priority over those of us who come into the store. It takes several minutes for the employees to come up to take our orders from the back rom.
I just experienced the worst customer service from a man behind the counter by the name of Jude. I ordered a sandwich on the app which obviously was not properly functioning because it did not add my toppings or anything as requested on it. I politely ask them to fix my sandwich. Which he refused to do after 3 to 5 minutes of going back and forth I finally had them refund me my money after threatening to dispute the charge with my credit card company. The service is disgusting and appalling that they would hire anybody that would treat their customers like that. All he had to do is add my toppings and fix my sandwich. I will never ever ever ever utilize Subway again. I am completely appalled.

Ordered a sub with extra meat and got a sub with one piece of turkey and one piece of ham. I ordered the ham and turkey sub in the app and it was the worse one I’ve ever had. I asked for extra mayo and the sub was dry as ever. I left the sub on the counter as the employee refused to give me my money. Terrible terrible location. I’m not paying $15 for that horrible bread sandwich. Drive the extra 6 mins down the road and they will take care of you!

Employee only got 2 customers (my husband and I) to help out and the employee decided to take her TIME doing an online order. They definitely do not care about customer service at all.
