I felt the need to make a review <30 within eating at this lovely food truck. First off, customer service is very well done, recommendations and explanation for the menu were provided even before I could get a word out. The question for the place isn’t if the food is good, but HOW DO THEY MAKE SUCH A TENDER MELT IN YOUR MOUTH DELICIOUS STEAK?!!Please try this place it will absolutely not disappoint. I would give them 5 stars because the flavors of the food were delicious however, the rice on the mar y tierra was raw. The shrimp and churrasco was perfect. The plantain decadent so I would go back but hopefully this was just the one time setback.B+
