I can to pick up an order and they were there and they refused to assist me through the driveway they were talking on the headset they were looking out the window but they're not opening the window. If if the restaurant was closed it was nice to know hey we're closed as a customer service but they had no customer service skill at all.

if i could give a 0 star rating i would. worst taco bell experience ive had and thats saying a lot considering this is a taco bell. was ordering my food through the drive thru and immediately got cut off and told to wait (there was 1 person infront of me). after waiting for almost 5 minutes for them to take my order i finally make it to the window where i immediately get pulled forward to the front door to wait for my food for another 15 minutes. i ordered a crunch wrap and nacho fries. should NOT take me almost 20 minutes in the taco bell drive thru to get mediocre food for insane prices. also the employees were rude.

Why on gods earth do your hours say until 5am? Ive gone three weekends in a row at 3:30 and they say there closed because there “short staffed” meanwhile theres 4 cars and a bike in the parking lot. Seems like enough people to make. Taco to me.

Don’t waste your breath if there are any specifications being requested on your order. (Literally through one ear and out the other, yet you will still be paying for that) Does not seem to know nor care what customer service should be provided. Unprofessional …. Lastly inappropriate music blaring as if it was there own living room.

Sat in drive thru for 30+ minutes, didn’t get to order because staff was sitting on their phone near the window. About 5 cars in front of me ordered no problem but I get ignored, shut off the screens and didn’t say a word on the mic.

Just like most Taco bell's (nowadays), extremely slow. They've got plenty of workers and they still have very slow turnaround time. Even mobile orders don't get treated as mobile orders. I'm not sure what their chain of receiving orders are, but it's definitely not working. I'm not looking to get my mobile order faster, but this is ridiculous...

Dont go there 1 hour befor closing cause they claim to run out of everything it’s happened to me multiple times and if they do have what you want they will make it half ass skip you on some of the ingredients stay away from this place
