I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. I ordered two steak burritos, and they came with barely any rice and only a couple tiny pieces of steak in each one. I literally ordered the same thing yesterday at a different Taco Bell, and those burritos were fat, juicy, and packed with steak. Today’s order was the complete opposite — bland, skimpy, and nothing like what I expected. Definitely not worth the money, and I am VERY unsatisfied

Since they don’t want to pick up their phone I’d rather report them to the health department instead. My daughter almost had to eat a Mexican pizza that tasted like Kerosene. THANGE YOUR OIL.
Also my daughter is three! What in the world is wrong with your business???
Also at every place of food operation, there should be a food safety manager. Whoever that is is not following the rules.

Slow and inconsiderate. Staff is not polite and they serve drive thru over walk in traffic. Also get the items wrong at times so always check your order before leaving. If I can help it I would avoid it and go to Chipotle down the street

This is like the only taco bell I like to go to cus their food is always hot and fresh. It tastes just like what the ads look like. But of course, check your bag before leaving! It’s fast and *sometimes* inaccurate food!

Ordered food inside, waited 20mins for nothing. Got my refund, place blows, find someplace else to eat.
My tacos and cheese quesadilla was cold. Paid $14 for that !! What a rip off. When I asked for sour cream at the window the young lady said with a sarcastic attitude while pointing “You have to order it up there” you can’t just give me sour cream ? What the hell is your problem ? And if you’re charging me for sour cream that is the most absurd thing ever. Charging for sauces ? You just lost a customer. Good riddance

Sits right next to work so very convenient! Meal was filling and I loved the little dipping cups of sour cream and guacamole. If anything I could offer an improvement on is the quesadilla shell being toasted better!! I can remember when the shell had a bit of a crunch and would make for great dipping!!
