Food is good but occasionally I’m missing something usually the chips or another side. Delivery isn’t cheap so I prefer to get everything I pay for.

I ordered a full order of things before Hurricane Milton and they charged me for everything but I only got half of the things in my bag. I realized this when I got home. I couldn’t go back because the winds were too strong and they had already closed. This order was to spend our night watching movies during the hurricane. You ruined our movie night
Extremely slow, not recommended at all

They didn't get my order quite right; however, they fixed the order quickly, without complaint and the food was very delicious. Very good food presentation.

The food is not so bad but you always have to check the orders, a lot of mistakes, soft drinks often with a bad taste and you have to wait asking for fixes and bites and everything because they don't even throw in a napkin and if what you order has beans in it, uff, it's full of that.

This Taco Bell saved me a trip from the hospital.
I haven't had Taco Bell in almost 20 years due to the absolute gut bomb that had fled my system when I was a kid - scarring me from experiencing this fast food chain.
Going to the bathroom and being "regular" has never been an issue for me. This past week I experienced some constipation and by the end of the week I was very stressed. I tried everything. Magnesium citrate, extra fiber, Tums, probiotics. I was just wasting my hard-earned money trying to find the fix. Until my coworker suggested I go to Taco Bell, knowing this is something I always preach being against. I was so desperate for solutions that I decided to try it for the first time in 2 decades. This was a monumental decision for me. I knew this food was not for the weak. I was suggested to get a bean burrito, a grilled cheese burrito, a steak quesadilla, and extra red sauce. I showed up to this Taco Bell at around 11 pm after my shift and ordered all these items. It was waiting for me immediately after the order was placed. I could smell the grease and questionable beef coming from this establishment as soon as the window opened so I could pay and take my food. When I got home the first item I ate was the bean burrito. I got 3/4 of the way through before I ripped the most ungodly fart and quickly realized company was coming. I sprinted to the toilet and unleashed days worth of back up in my system. I went to the bathroom and cleared everything out of my body 8 times in under an hour. I powered through and consumed each item I ordered, having absolutely no regrets of the chemical warfare that was ultimately inevitable at this point. I have no plans to enjoy these laxative-based burritos anytime soon, but if I ever experience constipation the way I did, I'll save my money and return to Taco Bell.

I went to Taco Bell last night with my partner after a long day of work and it was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had we ordered two separate items off of the menu and the total came to about $23 when we pulled up to the drive-through window. The lady at the window thought that we ordered something worth $35. I told her that wasn’t the case and tried to explain exactly what we ordered. She shut the drive-through window and tried to find our order and then re-opened it and asked if we got large drinks when I already told her that we got medium Baja blast she insisted that I ordered a Sprite. Then a gentleman came over who I presume to be the manager, because he was wearing a different shirt than the woman at the window, and he asked the same questions so I gave the same answers. At this point, we were already sitting at the window for about 10 minutes. He asked if I placed a mobile order and I told him that I just ordered at the drive-through speaker. I told him I ordered the grilled cheese burrito bundle, and then he proceeded to tell me that that was an online order item only and I must’ve done a mobile order to which I explained to him it was on his drive through menu. He then proceeds to walk away from the window for another couple minutes until he finally rings us up for our food. When he gave us our food. There was no apology, and I thanked him for getting us our food, and his response was “yep”. Not only did we have this experience in the drive-through but when we got home, we noticed that one of the tacos I ordered was ice cold as if it’s been sitting out for hours, and our cinnamon twists were extremely stale to the point where I’ve been into one and almost broke my tooth because it wasn’t fully cooked or was that stale that it was super hard. I’ve never had an experience like this at any drive-through. I understand that it’s a quick service restaurant and I’m not expecting Michelin star, but I am expecting courtesy and customer service neither of which was handled correctly last night.
