Every time I’ve come here it’s been like the people working here don’t want to actually work. The first time, no one answered the drive through monitor so we drove away. The second time we were told at the drive thru that they were dine in only, so we went in and ordered at the kiosk only to wait 15 minutes while people working hung out and chatted with no sense of urgency. This last time we drove up to get the new cheez it items, only to be told in the drive thru that it’s mobile order only. The person didn’t mention that it’s also for reward members only and we’d have to sign up for a whole account just to buy it.
This is actually the worst service streak I’ve ever had with a fast food place, and I think we’ll be taking a break from Taco Bell for a while after all of this.

I ordered a diet Pepsi. Worker handed me a drink that was not right. It was yellow colored. I told her it wasn't right. They needed to switch the Pepsi out. They should have noticed it wasn't right

I’m giving two stars because the food is pretty good in comparison to other Taco Bell’s. But the service is absolutely horrendous. I’ve been many time but the last time the workers in the back turned the music up to maximum capacity and joking around. Having a good time at work is fine but not when I’m waiting 20 minutes for fast food. Again the food is fresh but the service needs a lot of work.

If I could rate this negative stars, I would. Waited 45 minutes last night for our order at 11 pm. Aside from that, I have severe food poisoning right now and we are confident it is this. Tried to call and speak to someone many times to let them know their food is contaminated and no one will answer the phone.
