I just paid $24.49 plus tax for a Variety Taco Pack composed of 12 tacos. I believe this is a complete shame. The amount of beef and cheese I got for a $2.04 taco it’s a ripoff. I was able to get just a spoonful of it between the cheese and the beef. I don’t think I’ll ever come back to Taco Bell and prefer to spend my money where I can get food worth of it. Besides that the cashier I believe his name is Joshua was super polite, educated and provided excellent customer service. So I only give 5 stars solely to Joshua.

I've had messed up orders from this location a few times before, but today was so egregious that I had to leave this review. I checked my order after getting it from the drive-thru and noticed an item was missing. We went inside to have them figure out which item was missing, since several of my items were wrapped in identical paper. They poked through the food and gave us another item, but it was STILL incorrect. Made it home before we realized we were missing a $6 item. Amazing how they can mess up the same order twice. Also, I called this location and they picked up the phone and immediately hung it up.

I’ve been to this taco bell for the last year or so and it has just been horrible service. I’ve always had to wait for my food for at least 20-30 minutes, at least when it comes to walk jns. This time, the workers were all in the back just relaxing and chilling, not that it bothers me, it was slow, but i put an order in like 15-20 minutes before i walked in and nobody started doing anything for it until I got a workers attention. They were nice, but it’s mostly just the lack of at least routinely checking the front or their mobile orders for 15-20 minutes, which is just not right. I work fast food, and I actually tried to apply for a job here, multiple times, and was rejected because they didn’t need anyone else, and maybe they’re right they had quantity, but not necessarily quality when it comes to who they’ve hired. Mistakes happen, and I don’t get frustrated first, I try to be understanding, but it’s a repeated cycle, which makes it hard to keep any type of composure and makes me not even want to come to this taco bell anymore

Nate is the real MVP at this Taco Bell location! Everytime I come here they’re decently busy and Nate is always so kind, patient and apologetic for any wait that occurs. He’s always treated me with courtesy and kindness and is a true breath of fresh air in the world of fast food drive thru’s where many times I’ve felt like just a number in a queue… pay, wait… no acknowledgment, food finally shoved through the window with no eye contact, and a window that just slams shut…. But not Nate! He thanks you for your patience and always ensures my order is correct and wishes me a great evening! This man deserves accolades and hopefully a pay raise! Keep up the amazing work Nate, I see you and hopefully your supervisors see you and appreciate your hard work and kindness!

I came to Taco bell before work and unfortunately they forgot the hot sauce when I clearly ask nicely but came on my break back and see if they can help me out and Joshua helped me out without no problems or anything. I dont know if the owners of these places read the reviews but man Joshua clearly knows customer service and seems potential for management because the way he solve the problem was great. I was ready to write a bad review and I usually dont do bad reviews but Definitely will be coming back to this taco bell location.

Service was horrible. I ordered a veggie Crunchwrap and the guy gave me a meat one. He argued with me that I didn’t say veggie over and over and had an attitude and told me he would talk to his manager. Then he came back with the veggie Crunchwrap and now I am afraid of eating it, he had such an attitude that I won’t eat it because I don’t trust him. Horrible service and arguing with clients is not a good move for Taco Bell. I won’t come over here anymore, but no employee should be arguing with a client. It is the guy right now taking the orders.

Maison Status

The service at this Taco Bell is the worst! The staff doesn't listen for anything and just looks at you when you ask them to correct the order. The food quality is horrible, very cold and their fryers are nasty and dirty. The General Manager should be released of their duties for running such a poor operation.
