I ordered a diet Pepsi. Worker handed me a drink that was not right. It was yellow colored. I told her it wasn't right. They needed to switch the Pepsi out. They should have noticed it wasn't right

While this is one of the better Taco Bells in terms of food quality and consistency, this is the worst with regard to speed of service. When going through the drive thru, 90% of the time, they ask me to pull around to the parking lot to wait for my food. It doesn't matter the size of the order. This is merely to make them look better to corporate. Once you pull forward, there is no incentive for them to get your food out with any speed or efficiency.

I am in the middle with this place . It’s a new Taco Bell ? and already I am seeing problems. First of all the bathrooms ? we’re not clean and they say they check every 30 minutes , well that is a Lie because was there 46 minutes and no one went in to check and clean the restroom . Next the staff barely said two words to me and can’t other customers . No hello ? and welcome, nothings , zero. The staff should say hello to there customers but i will say whenever they did...
