After being SO disappointed with most of the chain restaurants and lame locations to eat in the Clermont area, some coworkers and I decided to try this location out for the first time. So glad we did. Went in with my coworkers for lunch and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome by the owner. His pride in his establishment shows with the level of service and quality of food that we were served. The food was fresh, delicious, and reminded me of my own mamitas cooking. Thank you for a great experience. We WILL be your new regulars! Looking forward to more great food experiences. Please stay consistent- and you will see the benefits of your hard work bro!

Visited the Rusty Truck Saturday with a friend. This was my first time here and I absolutely ❤️❤️❤️! I wish I could have tried everything on the menu! I did have their chicken empanada and that is ?% 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐s. The staff is super friendly, accommodating and welcoming. For entertainment they had an "old school" magician. He was great. Loved his show and then he sang for a bit. Multi talented and fantastic. If it sounds like I can't say enough...very true. I can't wait to return. Another plus..great parking for that area. Had the best Dofongo ( green plantain/ sweet plantain) and grilled chicken I’ve had in a long time.Chicken was so tender and the Dofongo had an amazing flavor!

Food was OK. Fish was dry. Not sure what some of it was on the buffet. The waitress didn't understand English at all and was hard to get a glass of water. Manager was very nice.

One of the worst dining experiences I have ever been in. First red flag was the place was almost empty, Second the service was not good at all... they didn't even know how to make scrambled eggs WHAT! the burger that I ordered was actually a frozen patty that they put on a pan... burger was shrunken and only came with 8 fries, unbelievable! My father in law's food was cold, his fish was cold and fries. How can you mess up fish and fries. My wife's mofogo which the cook said is the best around was cold and no flavor not good at all. This place I recommend you to skip. The whole experience sucked. They need to close it down.

Had an amazing meal. The staff and the chef are top notch. I'm normally a very picky eater but I've been trying to come out of my comfort zone and try new things. The monfongo was amazing and the fried pork chunks was perfectly seasoned. And let's not forget the onion rings they were delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and I will most definitely be back.

The Rusty Truck was a wonderful gastronomic experience. The beefsteak with onions was well presented and delicious. I also loved the alcapurria made from yuca. My husband had the empanadilla de carne, the beefsteak with arroz con gandules, parcha juice and carrot cake. He cleaned the plates. Everything was tasty, well presented and our server, Barbara was attentive and a delight. They serve a good array of Puerto Rican and other American dishes. Would I come back? Absolutely!! And very soon. I’m glad they’re in Clermont!!!Parking: Lots of parking

First time eating here and didn't know what to expect. My wife and I were greeted at the door and brought in. We were shone their food bar, which was very good. I had the rice and pork with black bean and finally potato salad. The potato salad is to die for. My wife ordered a Cuban with fries. I'm definitely going back. The staff was great. Felt like we walked into somebody's home for lunch.
