I went there today to order some food. I walked in and no one was at the register to take my order. I waited 5 minutes and no one ever showed up. There was about 6 people waiting for there food. Horrible.

It's Tijuana Flats so you already know the quality of food you are getting. My issue with this location is that there appears to be only one individual covering the front of the store. They had to clean every table, take every order, and deliver all the food. How can you expect a good customer experience if none of us can be greeted and tended to because one person is spread so thin?

Waited by the counter about 5 minutes while they were chatting in the back. Young lady didn’t even make eye contact with me when she approached. I told her I was waiting for an order, I saw my order on a shelf on the side. She then grabbed the empty cups for my order, fills them up and places it back on the shelf and walks away. Absolutely no eye contact and not a word came from my mouth. Horrible customer service never again.

This location has really gone down hill. We used to order here about once a month but the last three times have just been awful. This last time the chips tasted burned (and a super small portion), our chimichangas were super hard in the tortilla, we got no chocolate with our flautas, and we paid for both extra sour cream and extra cheese and got neither. In addition every time we have ordered our order has been ready on average 30 min after the pickup time.

I usually like this place, but there’s been a few times where it’s just disappointing, and tonight was kindof the turning point. We ordered a bowl, and two burritos. We did pickup and when we got home, the burritos were in the opposite containers, and one burrito was missing meat entirely, and the other burrito had everything it WASN’T supposed to have in it, the only thing that seemed to be right was the bowl. And it comes down to when you pay so much money to have food out of the house for whatever reason, you expect to have it done right, it’s overall just irritating to have an order SO wrong, it’s different if it’s something that can be picked out, or if a single thing was missing. But to put literally everything it’s not supposed to have on it? And then entirely miss the meat in one of them? Kindof crazy in my opinion. And it wasn’t even during a rush or anything, it was like decently late!

Staff had great suggestions and were very friendly. Food tasted group, was able to dine on the patio with our dog. Everyone in the party enjoyed the time at the restaurant and now we wish there was a location closer to where we live.
Decent tacos as always, unfortunately they give a lot less chips than other Tijuana flats locations. Considering how much you are paying for food nowadays, you should get more than 8 or 9 chips

Yikes! I love Tijuana Flats but this was my first time at this location and it was AWFUL. The teenage girl at the register accidentally rang me up for the wrong burrito, I ordered the Banging Chicken Burrito but just got a regular chicken burrito. I took a few bites and brought it to her attention. She then proceeded to verbally argue with me and told me that’s not what I ordered at all and that if I’d had it before I would have known it didn’t come with rice and beans. I just said ok and walked away and sent my boyfriend up to get boxes so we could leave, she seemed to be very upset about this and told him he could put in the other burrito but didn’t want to because they already had another “red ticket.” She then marched over to me at the table and acted very confrontational about it and I just repeatedly said it’s fine until eventually we were able to leave. This situation was completely wild to me and very unprofessional, I will not be coming back to this location which is unfortunate because I love the food :(

So i dont know what is going on but everytime i order something from here it always comes half-assed... I ordered Steak Flautas tonight and there was maybe 1 or 2 small pieces of steak in them ordered some queso with it but it didn't come with any chips.... I goto any other Tijuana Flats and it always comes with chips I don't ever have to order a separate thing of chips... Also ordered a Quesadilla and it came with no chip normally these things comes with chips!!

I Just received my order today and did not receive chips. I ordered and paid for the $4.99 queso dip. I called and was told that I had to order chips at an extra charge. Why on earth would I order dip without chips. I am/was a frequent (weekly) orderer, I am having seconds thoughts now! How ridiculous is this.

Second time I place an order and they mess up, last time I called and they refund me what it was missing, this time they forgot a drink, churro fries, chips from one of the orders and the $2.99 queso I ordered was a very small container half filled. The number on the receipt is disconnected and the one found on google goes straight to voice mail. Not only I paid $2.99 on delivery fee and $3.69 service fee, they still screw up. not counting the $5.54 tip. DO BETTER
