So i dont know what is going on but everytime i order something from here it always comes half-assed... I ordered Steak Flautas tonight and there was maybe 1 or 2 small pieces of steak in them ordered some queso with it but it didn't come with any chips.... I goto any other Tijuana Flats and it always comes with chips I don't ever have to order a separate thing of chips... Also ordered a Quesadilla and it came with no chip normally these things comes with chips!!

I Just received my order today and did not receive chips. I ordered and paid for the $4.99 queso dip. I called and was told that I had to order chips at an extra charge. Why on earth would I order dip without chips. I am/was a frequent (weekly) orderer, I am having seconds thoughts now! How ridiculous is this.

Second time I place an order and they mess up, last time I called and they refund me what it was missing, this time they forgot a drink, churro fries, chips from one of the orders and the $2.99 queso I ordered was a very small container half filled. The number on the receipt is disconnected and the one found on google goes straight to voice mail. Not only I paid $2.99 on delivery fee and $3.69 service fee, they still screw up. not counting the $5.54 tip. DO BETTER

Now thinking about it I really wish I would’ve taken a picture because words just don’t do justice to what I’m about to say first of all Tijuana Flats is not a cheap taco joint so if you are buying something, you would expect the quality to match the price on the bright side here in Claremont The manager, I believe he said his name was Zack came through and actually gave us a free entrée. My wife ordered a shrimp taco, and it looked like someone cut it all up and threw it into some aluminum foil and a ball. I on the other hand, ordered a chicken chimichanga apparently minus the chicken. I even asked my wife if she forgot to add the chicken and she checked the order and yes, it was ordered. However, it never made it to the chimichanga. Our score is a three for this restaurant . We will try again later and sorry I didn’t have any photos. I really wish I would’ve taken a picture of that.

The service is usually very good, today it was a little off because I stood at the register for awhile and noone was there. Called out for help, and noone heard me. But, the food was really good, and the service was really good when they realized. I go here a lot and typically they are very service oriented and great. Food is consistently good...today it was even better than usual. So, still a great experience.

Worst experience I've ever had. Manager of this location would not rectify or fix the situation, girl taking the order was completely clueless, to give a grown woman a child meal and then say that it was the correct amount for 17$ I didn't eat and got the refund. To be treated disrespectfully and I'm currently 7 months pregnant, will never go back. Rude manager and workers. Honestly it's so ridiculous I can't wrap my head around the whole experience.

I had doubts by looking at the outside of the restaurant, because it looked pretty sketchy. But, it was actually pretty nice. The staff was kind, I could tell they were hard-working, and they got my food out pretty quick. It was also very clean inside.
