We decided to have lunch here based on all the reviews. The restaurant was clean, great atmosphere. Service was excellent.
Some of the food in our opinion was lacking quality.
For appetizers we ordered Grilled chicken Buns they were delicious, we also ordered Takoyaki which were fresh and delicious. Our entrees were Black Garlic Ramen with extra egg and Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen with extra egg and corn. The extras were served on the side we had to add them. All eggs were over cooked, the corn was stale. The broths were flavorful, but most of the ingredients added to the ramen like the bamboo and kikurage had an unfresh texture and flavor.

Food was excellent but they left my broth tub open and it spilled all over my car food was good but I had to share because the broth is all in my brand new car and I hope the smell doesn't stay in my car then I have to detail it

The ramen was super good and enjoyable. But the Boa Buns they do need to change because doesn't have much flavor and meat and thre lettuce on it. But the buns are good just the sauce, meat and lettuce not that great highly recommend to change the recipe for that. Good customer service and good Ramen :) just the Boa Buns need some change.

I've had ramen from many different places but tolken ramen does it the best. Every last sip gone everytime.
Ordered 2 Yakisoba Shrimp, paid $28 to only come home and see that the bowls were only half full. We like this place but this is not right and won’t be back.
