Usually only get the smoothies (never a complain on that) however decided to try something new and ventured into their salads, never again!!! Cilantro and spinach were as old as it gets ! Tried getting it out but it was too much

Food was delicious, place was clean, service was amazing! My daughter spilled her entire smoothie and lenia behind the counter offered to completely replace the smoothie, we didn’t even have to ask, definitely turned a potential bad experience into a great one

This is a great option for smoothies. I love the green smoothies and the addons like pea protein and vitamin c complex. The caesar wrap and the jerk wrap are both good as well.

Chris is an absolute gem at Tropical Smoothie! From the moment I walked in, he radiated such positive energy that it instantly lifted my mood. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does — he greeted me with a smile, was incredibly patient and kind while I figured out my order, and even gave a perfect smoothie recommendation that blew me away. It wasn’t just customer service — it felt like hospitality from someone who actually cares. Chris turned an ordinary smoothie run into the highlight of my day. I haven't ate here in a long time and I'm glad I stopped in today. Chef Isaiah made me the best Veggie wrapp I had in years! The kid got talent! Thanks again! I hope the owner is paying you right!

The new PB protein crunch bowl was great at first. The first few times I had it, everything was done perfectly, portion was accurate & filled up to the top of the bowl, and looked exactly like the photo.

The last 4-5 times I’ve ordered it, the bowl was filled 1/2 way, 3/4 of the way at BEST. Also it’s supposed to have a blended Greek yogurt base with peanut butter and honey as described, but they just used plain Greek yogurt instead the last few orders.

Pretty disappointing.

This is my occasional breakfast spot before work, I always order a few minutes ahead and it’s prepared fresh by the time I get there! Not only that, but the team always has a great attitude & are always super friendly. I love coming to this location, it’s always a great start to my day!!

Overall a fantastic visit! The staff provided wonderful quick service and even customized the order to meet dietary requirements. The atmosphere would have received 5 stars if they had been playing tropical themed music as I have heard at other locations.
