Well I came in from Connecticut decided I wanted a smoothie girl named Jasmine took care of me she was very courteous and friendly she made it very easy for me to figure out what I wanted it seemed like she knew exactly what she was doing it was a great experience I would definitely recommend it to my friends in Florida hopefully I can get back there soon

I stopped in this Franchise for the second time in a week first time was great had coupons and the host was great and honored the coupons today not good I had two coupons one for a 99 cent smoothie and one for 50 % off a wrap the coupons were clearly written the host who was not the same from my first visit said it was 99 cent off a smoothie I asked her whee does it say it and she insisted it was 99 cent off the place was getting backed up with people and was very disappointed I threw the coupons in the trash and left False advertising not at all happy with my visit

I was really excited for this location to open, but after giving it three chances, I’m very disappointed. First, the PRICES ARE HIGHER than other Tropical Smoothie Café locations, and the quality is much worse. I always order the Peanut Paradise, and each visit has been a letdown. The first time, the smoothie was so dark it looked like they used random ingredients, it didn’t taste right at all. The second time, it just had a strange flavor. I gave them one last chance, but the third time was the worst: it was basically watered down with protein powder, barely blended, and nothing like the Peanut Paradise I’m used to. I’m not the type to complain, so I just left, but honestly, this place is a mess.

Hands down the best Tropical Smoothie I’ve ever been to. Granted it’s been some time since I’ve been to one; however, other locations steered me away for many reasons. This location blew me away with their welcoming atmosphere, such friendly and kind staff, and the Veggie Hummus wrap is the best I’ve ever had. Ordered one for my friend too, and she said the same thing. I also ordered an Acai bowl, which is just as delicious. This place is close enough to my work that I’ll most definitely be back. Thank you and I look forward to my return 🫶🏼
