I ordered a hot fudge sundae. I wanted chopped walnuts in it but they don’t carry them. The quality of the ice cream was good. The hot fudge was good but it was a very small amount. I don’t think the whipped cream is real whipped cream. I’d give it a 3 1/2 buttheir aren’t any half stars.

Have been sitting in drive thru behind 5 cars since 6:18 (I can tell because that's when I sent a call to voicemail because I was pulling into drive thru and I didn't want to be rude by being on the phone. I apparently had time. My mistake.) and it's currently 7:08 and we STILL haven't even been allowed to order yet. At this point we're so close that there's no point in leaving but I almost want to. Won't EVER come back to this one again.
***UPDATE*** At 7:14, we FINALLY received our order (only 5 minutes from ordering to receiving, so there's that at least... but that makes sense. They made sure there were NO cars in the drive thru in front of us before they'd even talk to us). We weren't asked for our phone number for rewards when my husband paid and so when I pointed that out (literally seconds later), we were snarkily informed by the young lady at the window that she couldn't do it. Then she handed my husband his card and receipt. In addition, she gave us 3/4 of our order and tried to slam the window shut. We had to get her attention to request the 4th ice cream. I was just trying to get my kids ice cream, not lose an hour of my life and get robbed on rewards points.
