I waited in line for almost 45 minutes. They had no bananas for a banana shake. That’s fine. I ordered a mint chocolate chip shake. After finally arriving to the window that was pretty much half closed that covered the cashier for about four minutes of standing there unacknowledged She opens the window and says hey you just had a shake. I proceeded to say yes and when I left, I realized that the mint chocolate chip shake really was just melted mint ice cream and whole chocolate chips thrown into the center. I would have to say that I’m usually accustomed to a shake that’s been blended together so that the chocolate chip pieces are not whole chocolate chips. They’re usually up within the ice cream. Then there’s not even a phone number listed to call…. So here we are.

Genesis and Sophia are the best! Last night they were the only 2 employees at 11pm when they had influx of teenagers (sorry) from East Ridge theater. Great customer service! Always smiling! Will definitely return! 10 stars for them!!

For may year we used to go to Twistee Treat in Ocoee. The price was right and the soft ice cream was flavorful and creamy. We visited this on and the ice cream had no flavor and wasn’t as creamy as the other store and the prices were crazy. We will not return.

I ordered the hard scoop but she failed to mention they didn’t have it. She gave me a soft flavored butter pecan that tasted completely different. I also ordered vanilla ice cream with extra hot fudge. I was given COLD chocolate syrup that you use to make chocolate milk with at home. I was also for some reason over charged.
